All the staff at Kingfisher House are absolutely amazing, from building a rapport with the tenants to organising games, parties and activities, they really couldn't do more to make everyone comfortable and welcome. The common areas are inviting and busy at all times of the week and there is always something engaging going on. We're so happy and appreciate how our grandma is being looked after.

My mother came to KingFisher House Care Home in October 2023. I have been very impressed with the care and the management of the home. The staff are really lovely and treat my mum with care and patience as she sometimes gets anxious. She knows all the staff by name and enjoys the activities and events. We are always kept informed of any health issues and she receives medical attention straight away if needed. This is a lovely care home and well-staffed with kind, passionate people. They are always helpful in any issues and supportive to the relatives too. Mum is always clean and well looked after. I am more than happy with the care my mum receives. She enjoys all the events and loves the entertainment and games.

I was a very sad woman when I came to this wonderful care home, the carers give me so much attention and care, always have time for me and I am able to laugh again which I thought I would never do again. I am looking forward to my stay here as it gets better and better every day.

My mother-in-law seems to be happy and is far more sociable. She takes part in nearly all activities and had made friends with other residents and members of staff. It is good that she is now less lonely and enjoys a more active lifestyle. This gives the family peace of mind, knowing that she is well cared for and now has around-the-clock oversight.
