The residence is clean, tidy, comfortable, has all his needs. The food is really good too, always looks good and smells good, and cater for what ever he fancies, guests can eat too (result!), so I can eat with him. He can have bits and pieces to decorate his room making it comfy.

Your brother was a true gentleman in every sense of the word.
Your family and his partner gave him the best love, care and attention.
It was a pleasure to nurse and care for him while he lived at Mill Lane.
We laughed with you and cried with you too. Such a wonderful family to be apart of, if only for a short amount of time.
A huge loss to you all and Mill Lane.
Our Best Wishes to you all, and thanks again.

Dear Family,
It was a pleasure to care for your mum in her last few days of life, she was a lovely resident to have and you all supported her well.
My very best wishes to you all.

Thank you so much for your kind review. Mum is a pleasure to care for. I'm so happy that the move downstairs is a success which makes her smile. Mum loves to see the view of the garden and the flowers and birds.
You're a wonderful family who attend regularly and spend time reading with Mum. Family also attended, flying across the pond to visit, which is amazing, even though it bought tears which were happy ones.
Best wishes to you all.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We will continue to strive for improvement and development.
Thank you for your wonderful review. I am also so glad your father enjoys the food. I will be sure to pass the compliments onto the chef.

“Prior to my current job, I worked as a Travel Insurance Advisor. But, I wished to try something new and work in the care sector. I love working in a friendly team and helping contribute to making a clean environment for our residents.”
“I decided to work for Healthcare Homes as it offered a varied and challenging role. I’m always looking forward to seeing what the day brings with challenges and issues to solve. I like to tackle large projects within the home, i.e. revamping the dining area with a new preparation area”
“I was working in domiciliary care before my current role, but decided to go for it when the suitable opportunity arose. My biggest professional achievement has been bringing the kitchen up to a level 5 and maintaining it. I’m so proud of bringing home produce to Mill Lane including homemade bread, homemade cakes and dishes from around the world.”
With over 30 years of experience in the care sector and an NVQ level 5 qualification, I am passionate about enriching the lives and experiences of the older generation.
