Many thanks for your review. It is instrumental to us to use reviews received to improve our service and to ensure our residents receive the best care possible. It was beneficial speaking with you yesterday about the matters you raised. As mentioned, a new carpet machine is on order in addition to a quote being requested to replace the carpet. Our call bell system is reviewed frequently as is the dependency of our residents to ensure correct staffing levels are in place to ensure all of their needs are met. I welcome you to join me for refreshments on your next visit.
