Meet Natalie - Our Deputy Manager
Natalie works closely with the Home Manager to oversee daily life, making sure residents receive the right level of care and support at every stage of their stay.
A large part of the role involves working alongside the care team, keeping standards consistent and stepping in to lead when needed. Building strong relationships with residents and their families is just as important, whether that's through regular updates, answering questions or being available when something needs addressing quickly.
Natalie also plays a key role in show rounds, helping prospective families understand what life at the home looks like and how the team supports residents day to day. Taking the time to talk through any concerns helps families feel more confident about their decision.
With a hands-on approach and a genuine interest in the wellbeing of residents, Natalie is a familiar and reassuring presence around the home.
Meet Anthea - our Home Administrator
Anthea is often the first point of contact at Stowlangtoft Hall, welcoming enquiries from families and helping to answer the initial questions that come with looking into care for a loved one.
Show rounds are a key part of the role, giving prospective residents and their families the chance to see the home, meet the team and get a feel for daily life before making a decision. Taking the time to listen to what matters most to each family helps make that first visit feel relaxed rather than overwhelming.
A warm welcome and a friendly face go a long way, and Anthea is always happy to show people around, talk through next steps or simply have a chat.
