I have nothing but praise and gratitude for all the staff who made my mum’s last weeks so special.
The staff were very supportive and faultless of her needs medically, physically and personally. Nothing was ever too much.

Larkhall Springs cared for my mum exceptionally well in the last period of her life. The food and cleanliness of this place exceeded any expectations we had, but most of all, the staff were all absolutely amazing, treating your loved ones with pure dedication, dignity, respect, kindness and compassion.

Larkhall Springs Nursing Home has welcomed Dad with open arms. All the team make me feel very welcome when I come to visit. They have taken into consideration Dad's needs. Since Dad has been a resident, he has improved by gaining a healthy weight, and he appears a lot happier. It is so lovely to see
the rapport the team have with Dad.

I am very pleased with the high standard of care and nursing my wife receives at this nursing home. Following a fall which resulted in a broken hip, the home was advised to provide "end of life care" for her, since a replacement hip was not an option due to her frailty. The care and compassion she received
was outstanding and some 12 months later she is still with us. Both I and my family have also separately noticed how genuinely kind and pleasant the staff are to the other residents.
Credit must also be given to the management for the clean, friendly and welcoming environment in the home.

My mother has been a client at Larkhall Springs Nursing Home for a number of years; we visit fairly regularly (without booking) and my mother is always clean, her clothing and bedding very clean and dry. The staff are always helpful, caring and friendly towards my mother and us, on the occasion of Mum's
birthday she always gets a cake baked especially for her day and staff deliver it and sing happy birthday with us to celebrate her day.

My mother is happy for the first time in a long time, and I am able to relax at last knowing that she is completely safe and now well cared for. The staff are excellent on all counts, and even manage to make the resident's visitors feel looked after! Nothing is too much trouble, even though I am sure
they are as busy as all care home staff generally are these days. Couldn't recommend the home more highly!

Always sufficient staff available, very caring and willing - immediate attention given to any concerns expressed by me. Always someone (usually the nurse) available on the telephone or in person if visiting my wife.
15/11/23. My wife died yesterday - I was by her bedside for 3 days and nights and all
the staff could not have been more helpful and considerate.

My friend had no one else. Over the past two years his care and medical needs were adapted as needed.
Larkhall Springs became his family and home. The food looked lovely, care was respectful and compassionate and came from the heart. He wanted for nothing.
As a visitor I was treated with respect

The care home is very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful which makes my visits to my aunt much easier. Aunty has a spacious room with an ensuite bathroom and her own things around and pictures and photos. All this is a big comfort for us since we cannot manage my aunt's needs. Thank you all.

My father lived at Larkhall Springs Nursing Home for almost two years. He died on Feb 14th 2022. He had dementia and was receiving end of life care towards the end. In the two years he lived there, he received a high quality of care. All the staff were always very respectful and treated him with dignity.
High quality "person-centred care"!

Our family are incredibly grateful to all the staff at Larkhall Springs who have been looking after our mother this year. They are always welcoming to us, keep us informed and very friendly and caring to all the residents. The home is always bright and clean and having the option of conservatory/pod

I visit my aunt once a week. She always seems happy and well looked after. I have been very impressed by the care she receives from the staff who are always very helpful and caring, they are like a big family showing compassion. I have no worries leaving her.
