I have been very pleased with the care I have received at Aabletone. My worry is the staff are put among patients before being properly trained. There are times when they think it is not compulsory to make a bed. This is fine by me but there are times when I worry about patients who are not able to make their wishes known. I am sure there are staff that would like to give that little extra care but they have not got the time as they are rushed.

We are glad to hear that you are very pleased with the care at Aabletone.
With regards to your concerns about staff not being trained properly, we always ensure that new starters work on shadow shifts enabling experienced staff to give them further hands-on training. With regards to the bedding, it is within our policies to ensure that beds are made each day and we employ the required level of domestic staff to facilitate this. We will most definitely be looking into this.
