Osborne Court

My husband Pat came here in Sept 2025. He has Parkinsons with Lewy Dementia. The staff here are fabulous. It's like being in a big friendly professional balloon. The carers are truly amazing. They pop in see patients just to say hi and check their ok. Night it's every half hour. Food cooked on premises is good. Place is exceptionally clean. its run like clockwork. Loads of activities here and trips out. So pleased I found it.

The staff at Osbourne Court, are all very professional but also with a good degree of humour and understanding of each residents needs. Mum has been in Osbourne Court about 5 years so she seems happy, but with dementia she can be grumpy at times. She is very well looked after, all her needs and worries are met.

Relatives want to know staff are kind, caring, compassionate and are aware of and respond to the needs of their loved ones. The staff at Osborne Court were wonderful and delivered all of the above and more. I would recommend Osborne Court to relatives who are looking for a caring and efficient care home. Thank you all.

My uncle spent his last few week at Osborne Court, the place is amazing, clean and tidy. The staff are incredible - kind, compassionate and very hard working. Thank you so much each and every one of you for looking after my uncle.

Her needs have changed since she went in but that's been very smooth and they have helped her to adapt very well.

I'd love to have access to tea and coffee making so I could share a cuppa with Dad without bothering the hard-working, busy staff.

At the end of my mother's life, they supported me to be with her until the very end with a team of wonderful nurses and carers around me. I will be forever grateful to them all.

Home is a lovely home.

From the word go, I have been hugely impressed by every aspect of Osbourne Court. The welcome from both management and the care team has been superlative, and Mum is extremely helpful, for which I am extremely grateful. The staff are simply delightful, both to her and to me. Outstanding! Thank you so very much!

My mum was in Osborne Court Care Home from 22nd December 2022 until she passed away 2nd February 2023 where she received fantastic care from every member of staff in the care home. She was treated with respect from all, especially comments from chef. Also, the management, every member of staff also looked after Mum's family.

My uncle was admitted to Osborne Court Care Home from an extended stay in hospital. He immediately felt at home here and was treated with kindness and dignity. His stay was short due to his untimely passing but I, and all of our family, would like to thank the staff here for the dedicated service and treatment that wax extended to Uncle during his stay.

Osbourne Court carers looked after my mum until her sad passing in August 2022. I found all staff there very kind and caring over the 10 months she was there. They also displayed endless patience and kept my mum at just the right temperature - even in the heatwave. Osborne Court was always responsive to my requests and concerns, often offering me a cuppa. There is also a really nice garden. We would often take the wheelchair out, look at the plants and sit under the lovely trees. I would wholeheartedly recommend Osbourne Court and it's wonderful staff.

My mother-in-law has just moved into this nursery home and everyone could not be nicer or more helpful or more helpful. They have listened to me with regards to my mother-in-law and nothing is too much trouble, my mother-in-law is settling in very well.

The staff are friendly, always helpful and really look after my father. He says the meals are lovely, and the staff always have a laugh with him.

My mother spent her end of life receiving great care, compassion and help. As a family, we were so impressed by the standard of care, and above all, the fantastic attitude of all the staff that we dealt with.

Mum and I are very pleased with the home, very friendly staff and are very caring.
