My 96 year old Father-in-law was very poorly when arriving at Jasmine Court at the end of May following a very unpleasant 6 week stay in hospital. The Manager and her wonderful team treated him with the utmost care, kindness, dedication and professionalism and the improvement in him was huge. They not only looked after him, but our whole family. He sadly passed after being with them for 3 months. They gave him and us quality time to spend together which is priceless. We knew he was in safe hands and he was very happy. We will be forever grateful.

What a lovely care home. The staff were amazing and talked to me about everything going on.

The carers where fantastic. Very helpful and offered to do me some lunch. John did enjoy his time there, but was never excited about the meals that was offered. Fussy bugger lol.

Jasmine Court in WSM is an old building on multiple floors served by a lift and stairs so the rooms are small both for the residents rooms and the lounge area and not very light and airy so on first impressions feels claustrophobic - the initial feel which is oppressive is lightened by the staff from Nishi the Manager and Head Nurse through the support carers down to the Chef and Catering staff who are remarkably cheerful and respectful so 5* to them for all they do for the residents.
The NHS funded smaller rooms (which my Dad was sent to by the Hospital for 5 weeks) was very small so that the you couldn't move around with a zimmer frame and open the cupboards to get access to your clothes - the wash hand basin was also in a cupboard and no toilet was in the room other than a commode so very depressing.
However the food provided and choice and flexibility of the menu was in the main excellent.

So in summary the staff food and atmosphere was excellent only let down by the building.

I wanted to take to share my appreciation for Jasmin Court during my late mum's stay.
Throughout her time there, she received excellent care from the Nisha, Sonia and all the staff. The staff showed genuine compassion and kindness not only to her but to our entire family during a very difficult period.

Their support made a real difference and helped us get through a trying time. Thank you to everyone at Jasmin Court for the outstanding care and heartfelt consideration you showed us.

Our Mum went in for respite care for a few weeks. The staff were very caring, and very accommodating as mum had not stayed in a care home before and tried their best to put her at ease and chat with her. The room was small but warm and comfortable. We were very happy with the care that they gave to our mum and they made us feel welcome every time we visited her. A massive thank you to all of the staff and we would highly recommend Jasmine Court to anyone looking for respite care.

My 86 year old Mother did not want to go to a nursing home. Jasmine Court were lovely, caring and extremely organised from the moment we arrived. Mum liked her room and eventually decided she didn't want to return home. She made friends and joined in the fun! We are all extremely grateful to the wonderful team at Jasmine Court for mums care, you are all fabulous.

In brief, I feel that my Mother's last few months there were as happy as could be. She was cared for by very devoted, kind and friendly staff.
When ever I visited from Australia, I was always welcomed, nothing was too much trouble, attending to our needs as well as Mum's. Birthdays and Anniversary's were also celebrated, exceeding expectations. Dad and I were even invited to Christmas lunch.
Even though Mum was bed-bound and not able to attend the daily activities, from time to time and on special occasions, the entertainment was brought to her, which seemed to lift her spirits.
Finally, I wish to thank all those present in my Mum's final hours, she was with people who were familiar to her, I can't thank them enough for their support to myself and Dad on that night. Biggest thanks to the management, who will forever have a special place in my heart.

Thank you!

Care for my father was outstanding, he was happy for the first time in months after moving to jasmine Court. Care for myself was also beyond expectations during his final days. The home is clean, well run, attention to detail is great, everyone is friendly and the facilities are first class. Residents are treated as people, with dignity, and the staff really go the extra mile to get to know them. The menu is varied and the food quality good with ample portions, the kitchen is always open for snacks if required.

All in all, an excellent home for anyone's loved ones to stay in.

I quickly got the impression that this was a very well run Care Home, security was good and who ever let me in was always extremely welcoming. My wife had dementia and mobility issues, she spent most of her time in bed but she often seemed content and comfortable tucked up in clean white bed sheets. I think you have to be a very special person to work in a Care Home and the management team have gathered around themselves a small army of such people.

My brother needed some short term care while preparing for a heart operation. I was so glad I found Jasmine Court, the manager was excellent in listening to his needs and getting his stay set up quickly. All the staff are lovely, caring and genuinely interested in getting to know you. The food was wonderful and everything clean and tidy. My brother was sad to leave but I know they are there if he ever needs to go back.

I cannot thank them enough.

The staff were always very pleasant & helpful. Although my husband was rather difficult he was always treated with respect during his short stay. I was always kept up to date with phone calls from the manager. The home was always kept clean & tidy & the entertainment looked great fun. It was a happy & friendly place to live. When my husband passed away rather suddenly the staff were so kind & comforting to me. I have much praise for everything.

I can't praise Jasmine Court enough. My dad needed a weeks respite at very short notice and everybody jumped through hoops to make this happen. He had a wonderful week, after not such a good start. The staff could not do more for him. So much so that he is now looking forward to returning. Thank you so much to you all.

Whenever we visited Jasmine Court we got a warm welcome and were always offered a drink. The staff were cheerful neat and tidy. Our resident was extremely well cared for, clean, hair brushed and even nails painted and she was nicely dressed. She was always treated with great respect. Her room was well organised and neat. The staff took her downstairs whenever activities were happening which I know was not always easy.
Having had a meal at the home we can vouch for the food being tasty and well presented.
The afternoon entertainment looked like fun with the staff joining in and helping the residents when required. Recently the residents were taken to a small farm and able to stroke the animals. That must have taken a lot of organisation and a tremendous effort for the staff and this is a measure of quality of care given to the residents at Jasmine Court.

The residents are fortunate to live in such a caring, friendly and happy home. The manager is a very special person.

Our family were totally impressed with the level of care that our Mother had whilst at Jasmine Court,
All the staff seemed happy and was a joy to visit this amazing home, and in Mums final stages, our family had the support of the lovely manager, who is an amazing person.
Mum was not the easiest person to look after, but there patience and kindness shone through.
She enjoyed the meals, and would have the help to eat, on the days she couldn't manage herself.

The home is of excellent standard, exceptionally clean and very comfortable.
