Thank you for your review, we are unable to discuss specific concerns on our review site but we have met a number of times and I am happy to continue to meet at any time to go through any of your concerns in person. As you can appreciate, we do have agency staff to provide specialist services such as 1:1, and both those contractors and our own permanent staff may be a mix of genders as we are an equal opportunities employer, however, we do try to adhere to preference as much as possible.
