My dad stayed here last month's of his life the care he received was outstanding, kind caring and compassionate, couldn't do enough for him and us as family very good food and also very clean home made his last days of his life there comfortable and we are very grateful
We have had a wonderful experience at Warmley House Care Home. Mum was first admitted last year. We found the care and support exceptional. So much so that when Dad was unable to care for himself anymore, there was only one choice for us, and we admitted him into Warmley Care Home. We found that staff were wonderful and very helpful throught.
This is all done with respect and dignity and talking to residents as grown adults rather then patronising as some over establishments may do.
The also are always very swift and precise about informing family of there loved one albeit if there unwell or if there's been improvements,Anyone looking to live in a care home I would always suggest Warmley care home it's amazing
Thank you very much for your positive review. I will pass this onto the team. Kind regards.
My mum was put in Warmley House Care Home in March 2024. She was registered blind, very frail and 98 yrs old. Myself and other members of our family thought the care was very poor indeed, carers would go in her room and not speak to her, they pulled and pushed her, they didn't have a clue how to wash her. Her bed was never made properly, her room was never cleaned very well, it was often freezing cold. Her water jug was rarely changed. One member of staff actually removed her buzzer out of her reach on two occasions. We had meeting with management but nothing really changed, mum died on 30th November and thankfully she's now in a better place.
My brother has been resident for over 18 months and in all that time the care offered has been second to none. Staff are wonderful. Cleanliness excellent. Catering superb. Always activities on offer for those who want to join in. Doctor has regular attendance. Medicines given spot on time. Regular hairdresser and foot care. I am very grateful to have my brother so well cared for.
Thank you Jenny for your kind words, I will pass your compliment onto the Team. Kind regards, Registered Manager.
My dad has been at Warmley House since October 2023. All the staff is very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They keep us fully informed of my dad's condition. He is accompanied sometimes on his mobility scooter to buy his newspapers at the shop which he loves doing. They provided entertainment and arranged a singer and party for my dad's 90th birthday which was lovely. Thanks to all the staff at Warmley House.
Thank you for your kind words. It is a pleasure to care for your dad. I will pass your comments on to the team.
He passed peacefully away on April 25th, he had two lovely members of staff with him at the time of passing.
Thank you for everything.
Thank you for a lovely review. I will pass on your kind words to all my staff. Kind regards.
Great home with very attentive staff. The home itself is well-kept, clean and fresh with no odour which is quite uncommon for a care home setting. The residents all look well looked after and cared for. You could see their individuality and own styles when it came to their clothing, it’s nice to see that maintained for them at Warmley House. They all looked happy and most were quite chatty amongst themselves and with us which was also lovely to see. The staff members were able to answer any questions asked about our aunt's care needs which was great and reassuring for us. Thank you all for doing such an amazing job, it was definitely noticed and appreciated.
Hi, thank you so much for your kind words and feedback. I will ensure to pass this on to the team. Kind regards, Warmley House Management.
Everything has been put in place to ensure her safety. I am kept up to date with anything that happens however minor which I find very reassuring. I just wish I had found this home sooner, when she first went into the care system.
Hi, Thank you so much for your kind words and feedback, I will ensure to pass this onto the team. Kind Regards Warmley House Management.
I would totally recommend Warmley House Care Home for anyone who needs looking after.
Kind Regards.
I cannot praise the staff and manager enough. Dad was well looked after by all staff (one member of staff in particular was a favourite), even the maintenance staff are so friendly. Dad enjoyed the food and when he could the activities. When Dad was on end-of-life care we were all treated with great care and support. We really couldn’t have asked for a better team. Many thanks to them all.
Thank you so much for your kind words and feedback, I will ensure to pass this onto the team.
Kind Regards

2. Cleaners would vacuum at 6am.
3. Staff were lovely and caring.
4. Was kept in bed for breakfast so very hard to eat.
5. Was not left alone to use commode or offered to use bathroom.
6. Staff were easy to make connections and bonds with and took time to sit and listen to my concerns.
Thank you for the time to speak with me on the phone today, reference your feedback. It was lovely to speak to you. Thank you for your positive feedback on the phone call, including some of the experience that you had. It is always important to listen to feedback for monitoring and improving the service as much as possible. Kind Regards Molly Joyce
My mum was admitted as an assessment patient earlier this year who was very poorly. With the care and commitment from the staff she really has turned herself around. It seems nothing is to much trouble, which makes me reassured she is looked after well. She is treated with care and respect. The carers contact me if they have any concerns which is reassuring to me. I feel I can relax knowing Mum is well looked after. I would highly recommend Warmley House as a place of care, consideration, and respect, for all of our loved ones. A huge thank you to all of the team.
Thank you for your kind words, I will pass this onto the team and the Management and Warmley House.
They also care about the resident's families. They keep us up to date with how Mum is and are always willing to answer any questions I have about Mum. Visiting is allowed throughout the day and evening. I feel very confident that Mum is being well cared for at this stage of her life.
Kind Regards.
Unfortunately, Mum's stay at Warmley was short, but in that time Mum was looked after very well and with consideration at a time when she had to leave her home of over 50 years.
Notwithstanding the short stay nature of the arrangements, I am extremely thankful to all of the fantastic staff at Warmley House for the hard work they have put in, during what has been a difficult time, to ensure that Dad has the care that he needs and to understand him as a person who has reducing cognitive and physical ability and at times challenging behaviour. It’s not an easy job the carers have and I take my hat off to them. Thank you.
When Nan arrived she was very apprehensive. She had to be quarantined for ten days to protect everyone at the home. During this time we were given regular updates on how she was settling in and were able to speak to her whenever.
One day I had booked a FaceTime call with Nan and the activities team weren't in that day, so one of the management team called me from their own phone so I could still have the face to face with Nan.
They arranged for her to have her hair done and took her to the communal area so she could speak to others.
I couldn't recommend Warmley enough. The place and its staff are second to none.
Thank you, John, we always appreciate individuals taking the time to give their feedback and we are very pleased to hear that your experience at Warmley House Care Home has been so positive. All of our team are committed to providing the best possible care experience for all of our residents and it is very rewarding to have their efforts recognised.
The staff were always helpful to my mother. Mum was hard of hearing, eyesight was fading and mobility was near non-existent. So staff were all aware of these ailments and acted accordingly.
Mum's meals always looked adequate and according to Mum, they were always hot and tasty.
I was always informed by Warmley House, straight away, if there was any problem with Mum's health. This was reassuring, knowing if something changed I would be informed.
As a regular visitor, until the latest Covid quarantine, I was always treated with above average respect and offered refreshments, if a member of staff had time.
I think all the staff at Warmley House do an excellent job which has been more difficult since Covid.
Thank you.
Thank you, David, for your comments about your recent experience at Warmley House Care Home. Warmley House is a lovely friendly care home, with very attentive staff who made my grandmother feel very welcomed. The staff would take the time to talk with my grandmother and make sure everything was okay during her visit. The staff were always really friendly when myself and my daughter visited.
Thank you, Vicky, for letting us know how we are doing at Warmley House Care Home. The care and wellbeing of every resident is our number one priority and it is rewarding to have such positive feedback about how we are doing.
It is a nice place to be in but can be lonely at times.
