Overall Experience
From the moment I walked through the door, I knew this was the right home. It felt warm and welcoming and smelled clean. The nurse who showed us around was very experienced and inspired great confidence. I witnessed her dealing with a slightly difficult resident and the resident was treated with compassion and respect with no loss of dignity.

I researched many homes before choosing this one and have been very impressed. Yes, it is expensive, but the level and quality of care makes it good value for money.

Overall Experience

My wife has now been at Bramble Down Nursing Home for 2 and a half years and having settled in has been very happy under the circumstances and regards this as her home. Being able to visit her at most times has helped me and her, cope with the situation - the standard of activities and entertainment has been excellent and varied - I work in the voluntary sector and have recommended Bramble Down Nursing Home on many occasions - keep up the good work.
