Wolborough Court is an exclusive and magnificent residence that has been purpose-built with providing excellent care in mind. With exquisite attention to detail it is truly a beautiful place to live. The home boasts three lounges and two dining rooms all beautifully furnished and with a patio door that leads onto the home's private veranda.

Staff treat residents as they would want their own mother or father to be treated. Socialising is especially important and residents are encouraged to join in on the daily activities, eat well, sleep well and make new friends. The home is very focused on helping its residents to recapture that sparkle for life. The staff too have been with Rose Care Group for quite a while and take pride in not just being a care home but an extended family for all residents.

Longer-term residential care and also day-care are available. In day-care, individuals may choose to join the home during the day but go back to their own home during the night. Shorter visits are also available (for example coming for a couple of hours to join for a cup of tea and a bath) and joining in activities with the home's friendly little family.

The home is proud to be a winner of the Top 20 Mid-Sized Care Home Group award, 2024 and 2025.

Excellent care provided by a team of staff who are guided by a very caring care home manager who ensures residents are treated with dignity, respect, understanding and individuality. The friendly atmosphere, welcoming families and lovely surroundings inside and outside are combined with delicious food
and attention to detail ensuring residents are happy and content. The staff go out of their way to provide a happy home for residents. Thank you for your love and care.

My mother was at Wolborough Court only for a short time before her death, but the care she received was exceptional, as was the staff's regard for her relatives. The home was clean, tidy, airy and bright; my mother's room was comfy and spacious. A number of activities were provided for residents. Relatives
were always made welcome and never made to feel in the way. On her death, the sympathetic support received from all staff was outstanding. I cannot commend the staff, particularly the manager, enough.

Mother was transferred here for a few weeks of care after a stay in hospital.
I can't say enough good things about this home, excellent care, lovely staff, good food, beautiful rooms, just can't fault the place or the people.
This is the kind of place all rest homes should aspire to be like.

My mother has now been a resident at Wolborough Court for 3 and a half years. She has Alzheimer's and her condition is gradually deteriorating as time goes on. The home is always calm and welcoming, the staff - from the cleaner, kitchen staff, care assistants, senior staff and managerial staff are always
cheerful and greet visitors with a smile, even though their shifts may be challenging.
The rooms are clean and tidy and the dining room always looks lovely and welcoming with fresh flowers and menus on the tables, plus the food is excellent. The care given to the residents is compassionate and caring.

My mum has been a resident at Wolborough Court for almost 2years now. When she lived at home she was in and out of A&E regularly with falls or with UTI's.
Since being at the home her health and well being has improved greatly and she hasn't been admitted to hospital. Although we would much rather
mum was able to live at home, we know that being at Wolborough is the best for mum and we know that she is being very well cared for.

My mum has been at Wolborough Court for three years and suffers from Alzheimer's. As the disease progresses, mum gets more angry and difficult. The staff deal with her with love and compassion. In turn, mum loves the staff. I could not have found a better place for my mum to end her days.

My father who suffers from dementia has been a resident of Wolborough Court for the past 14 months and I cannot recommend it highly enough. He had spent the previous three years living at home with 24hr live in care and although well looked after he lacked the stimulation of seeing people on a continual
basis. Once he became a resident in the home he has seemed much happier and far more stimulated. The Manager leads an excellent dedicated team of staff who all seem very happy in their work and who are always on hand to offer advice and help. They are all aware of my father's needs and are able to answer any questions or concerns I may have. My father seems to enjoy all his meals and will even on occasions join in with the numerous weekly activities on offer despite his dementia.

A quality care home which has a very dedicated manager who goes about her business in a very professional manner. A most courteous lady who is very well liked and respected by residents, staff, visitors and by trades people alike. The care home also has very polite and courteous staff. Excellent care
and a very good medical service i.e doctors, nurses, ambulance, I'm nearny A and E facilities at the hospital. Kitchen, dining area spotlessly clean very well lit, all meals to a very high standard. To conclude, may I offer my own sincere thanks to all management and all staff for their care and dedication.

For the last 4 and a half years the staff at Wolborough Court have taken great care with my mother. They made her stay at the home very comfortable. If ever the meals were not to her liking, they would offer an alternative.
