My mother has been a resident of Brunswick House for four and a half years now. I can honestly say the care, love and support both myself and my mother have had has been first-class. Anyone can surely see that the caring staff and in fact all the staff, have all of the residents and make the whole environment feel as if they are all living in their own homes. I am so pleased my mother is part of this amazing home and I would recommend to anyone.

My father has bee at this care home for the last 10 months and the improvement in him since coming out of hospital has been incredible. This has largely been due to the support and encouragement from the staff. Most of the time he seems happy in his new environment and has settled quite well.

Poor care home, smells all the time. Staff appear to not be very well trained and appear to not know what they are doing with my relative. She was, in my opinion, looked after incorrectly and most of the time forgotten about more than once. My opinion is they didn't want her there and everything...
