This Care home is absolutely amazing. All the staff are kind friendly caring happy and informative. Not living close by I can only visit on occassions but it is a great comfort to know that my mum is well cared for safe happy. They have a great social media group and are constantly entertained with days out music and make a huge effort every week to put several activites on. I cannot recomend Highly enough well done to all the staff

From the moment Dad moved into Henlow Court, we have been so pleased with the care and support he has received. As his daughter-in-law, it has been such a comfort to know he is safe, happy, and being looked after by such kind and caring staff.
Dad has settled in incredibly well, which is something we had hoped for but couldn't have imagined would happen so quickly. The staff have taken the time to get to know him, making him feel welcome and valued.
There is always something going on, and Dad really enjoys taking part in the wide range of activities. He especially looks forward to the outings, which have given him the opportunity to get out, socialise, and continue enjoying new experiences.

Knowing that he is happy, engaged, and well cared for gives our whole family great peace of mind. We are so grateful to everyone at Henlow Court for the compassion, dedication, and genuine care they show every day. We would highly recommend Henlow Court to anyone looking for a caring and supportive home for a loved one.

My friend was admitted into Henlow in September 2025 and although reluctant to go into a care home, it wasn't long before she settled in and was joining in all the activities and chatting with all the residents
There is an activity programme to suit everyone
The staff are amazing from the moment you walk through the door to the care and hospitality staff
We were there at Christmas and donkeys came through the door, what a great sight to see

Would recommend Henlow to anyone looking for care for their loved ones

My Mum has been a resident of Henlow Court since August 2025. She has settled very well. The carers are really good, the residents enjoy lots of entertainment from the staff and various visiting groups. Christmas was lovely lots of events on, and an amazing Christmas lunch was served. Mum has made lots of friends and enjoys a laugh with the staff. Visitors are made to feel welcome and the staff soon get to know them too.

So yes i would recommend Henlow Court its great!

Dad was having frequent falls and spending the night on the floor. It became clear that he needed to go into care despite his reluctance. Now, whenever we visit him, he tells us we made the right decision, and he is very happy at Henlow Court. He says he is well looked after, and he enjoys having a cooked breakfast every day. We chose this home after visiting and seeing how clean and well looked after it was. The staff we talked to were helpful and friendly. The manager showed us around and explained everything thoroughly, so we had no qualms in placing Dad there.

My friend was admitted into Henlow Court in 2022 and very quickly became part of the furniture. He passed seat in February but was treated with dignity and respect till the very end. I was also accommodated with staying with my friend in his last few days and the staff could not do enough-offering me meals, drinks etc. Until his last weeks, my friend lived a fulfilled life, enjoying endless banter with staff members and residents alike, enjoyed his food and activities. I cannot recommend Henlow enough to those looking for a care home for their family members etc

My gran moved into Henlow Court in August of this year. She has settled well and made some nice friends. It's a lovely care home with great carers. There are lots of activities for the residents including animal visits which gran loves. It's such a comfort to know my gran is only a few minutes away and still able to be close to family and friends whilst receiving the excellent care she now requires. It's a very warm and welcoming care home that's a pleasure to visit as a family member of a resident. The carers and staff are friendly and chatty which just adds to the warm feel of the place. Henlow court has a lot to offer and I would certainly recommend it to anyone considering a care home for a loved one.

The care team at Henlow Court have all been so caring and kind. I cannot fault them at all - such dedication to the needs of residents. My mother-in-law was here for 15 months. She was well looked after and happy - stimulated and included. Her medical needs were attended well too. We visited frequently, as did her friends, and we were able to come and go any time. Thank you so much to all staff there.

I find the staff are carers to be very helpful, kind and caring, not just to the residents but to their family and friends as well. The same goes for the management, who have been very supportive. They have acted above and beyond and has been so appreciated. The friendly atmosphere and banter is great.

My sister is being looked after extremely well at Henlow Court. She settled in quickly. She enjoys the food, the company and the entertainment days. She is far calmer than I would have expected after going into full time care.

My mother-in-law was moved to Henlow Court in February this year, as her previous home closed just after New Year. I would like to say that her personal care is second to none. She is always out of bed, washed and dressed, looking clean and tidy. Her room is spotless (previous care home, I have been known to clean her room on more than one occasion!) as is the entire home. Just like to say the manager and her whole team are wonderful, they couldn't be beaten - amazing care and cleanliness.

Having visited and as a relative, used 6 different residential/nursing establishments over the years, I am in a position to make comparisons. Henlow Court is welcoming, well run, shows key adaptability to very varied clients and has high hygiene standards. It is disgraceful that our society ignores and devalues all that carers/care establishments offer and that healthcare has been separated from feeding, cleaning and comforting the elderly. Henlow's Garden Herbs and tame rabbit are brilliant.

The Orders of St John Care Trust Henlow Court took care of my mother for 18 months before she passed away this February. I can not speak more highly of the care my Mother received over this period from both the Nursing and the Care Team. Two members of the staff are passionate and knowledgeable care experts. I have nothing but praise for the team and I knew Mum was in safe hands in very difficult circumstances. I shall miss my visits and the banter!

My aunt has been staying at Henlow for respite care. She is 93 years old of age. She is coming home today! This would have been impossible without the love and fantastic care she had while staying at Henlow Court. The staff have all been brilliant and friendly throughout the six months of her stay. My only concern was the dim lighting on that bleak winter night when we first visited. As I write this all the ceilings and lighting are being replaced and so far looking great. Thank you, Henlow!
