The genuine care given to residents is outstanding. All staff, from management down, are fully engaged and it is clear that they really care for their resident. It also isn't just about the resident but also the wider family, who in the case of my father, is very important.
Thank you for your kind words about the team here at Henlow Court. I'm so glad your father is happy with us. If there is anything else we can do for him or for you, please just let us know.
Thank you for looking after my mum so well. Mum's been ill in hospital prior to arriving at Henlow Court. I can't describe how well Mum's been looked after. Mum's quality of life has dramatically increased and staff are compassionate and caring. The staff have been a massive source for not just Mum but also my dad and I. Mum's been treated with dignity and respect and lots of understanding. As a visitor, I'm always made to feel very welcome as are other friends and family.
Thank you for writing us a review, and for your kind words - we appreciate you taking the time. I'm glad your mum is thriving with us. If there is anything more we can do for her, or for you, please just say the word.
The care, support and professional staff offer my mum amazing quality of life. There is a kindness and compassion in all they do, with the best interest of the people living at Henlow Court at the centre. The staff also offer fabulous support to family and friends that visit; there is always a warm welcome and staff take the time to listen to any concerns or questions.
We appreciate your kind words, thank you. I'm glad your mum is settled and happy with us. Please do let us know if there is anything more we can do for you or for her.
Very happy.
Thank you for submitting a review. The team does love to see the feedback so I'll be sure to share it with them.
Henlow Court Care Home has an air of compassion, friendliness and happiness, a testament to the hard work and care provided by all members of staff. My sister could not have been in better hands. Thank you.
Thank you for leaving such a lovely review. I am happy to hear that you felt comforted by the level of care our team provided for your sister. I will pass this on to them.
Being that my daughter was only with you for a very short time, all your kindness was out of this world, a shame she was unable to be with you long. Being only 53 years old, she was full of fun and we know you really all would have loved her. Many thanks to you all, you're all wonderful, all take care and safe, bless you all.
Thank you for taking the time to write such a lovely comment. I will pass this on to our team who will really appreciate your kind words.
I know my cousin was very comfortable there. When the time comes I would be happy to spend time there myself. A lot of the staff knew my cousin.
Thanks for taking the time to write such a detailed review. I am glad to hear your cousin is feeling comfortable in the home and you both felt welcome. I will pass on your comments to our team.
My aunt has now been at Henlow for 2/3 months. The atmosphere is so homely, and the staff are so friendly. They encourage my aunt to be involved in activities, and she is well looked after.
Thank you for your kind comment. I will pass on your review to the team. So glad your aunt is happy in the home.
If Mum needed similar care again in the future, she would not hesitate to contact Henlow again.
All staff are extremely kind and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. The chef visited to see if there was anything special that I would want to eat as I am o a pureed diet after oral surgery.
Obviously a difficult decision initially but a decision we never once regretted. The care at this establishment is exemplary. The staff give of themselves fully. They give their time and their love. My mother was so well cared for and we believe truly loved and I think that's a testament to the fact she lived to just over 101 is evidence of this. We recommend Henlow Court, the facility but most of all the time and dedication of staff who care for their residents like their own. Thank you.
Manager very helpful and informative. Positive and capable manner. Staff helpful, caring towards residents.
My father has been a resident at Henlow Court for over a year now, over this period. We have seen a positive change in lots of ways like his mobility, his state of mind is much better also. The manager runs the care home very well and gives us lots of feedback regarding my father. Overall, it's a nice safe place with plenty of positives and great staff who are willing to go the extra mile.
My husband was admitted for a week's respite. He is quite a difficult person to accommodate. However, the staff and management were brilliant and knew exactly how to deal with him. The kitchen chef went above and beyond trying to "tailor" meals to his taste, and I can't speak highly enough of his short stay there. Thank you.
I was in Henlow Court for a week and was very pleased. The staff are excellent all caring, very willing, quick to respond and cheerful. The little garden is a lovely oasis and the rabbit a good addition. I cannot comment on activities. There was a quiz, I think, during my stay which I chose not to join in. The meals were reasonable one or two very good. I felt there was a lack of fruit, and fruit desserts. I learnt fruit was given if requested but only realised this when I saw it eaten,
Henlow Court appears to be professionally managed, all staff are kind and caring. My wife could not be in better hands.
My husband came to Henlow Court only recently but he is so content and I am so happy with the care and attention given to him.
I would recommend it.
I have been treated so well here and everyone is so kind and cheerful. I would recommend anyone to stay here.
Due to the situation at the time, I chose Henlow on recommendation and without viewing any nursing homes. After sorting out some understandable problems things have settled down and the care seems good. Management is always there for support and guidance and is very approachable.
