Like other health and social care providers, we acknowledge that it is an ongoing challenge to retain skilled staff. Our newly published People Strategy is beginning to address this issue and we are working hard to enhance the benefits that we offer to employees. These are wide ranging and include everything from free transport to get to work, through to health cashback schemes and first-class career progression opportunities.
We will continue to invest in employee training for new and longstanding colleagues, to ensure they have all the skills they need to undertake their roles and feel valued and appreciated at work.
