Thank you for your review. With regards to the TV remote I am pleased that this was found in your father’s bedroom. I was surprised to read the other comments as you have not mentioned these to me before and I don’t feel they accurately portray life in our home. Perhaps we could discuss them in person and we can talk through any concerns you may have.

Thank you for your review. I was surprised to read these comments as this is the first time they have been mentioned and I don’t believe they are a fair reflection of the care and support we provide.
I am particularly surprised about the staffing part as I can assure you we do have the correct number of staff to care for our residents. I would really appreciate us talking through this in person so will be in touch.
For £975 a week, paid by us, sometimes it's a bit disappointing.
Home manager said: Thank you for your review - I am really disappointed to read your comments. We always pride ourselves on the variety of food available for residents throughout the day and night which includes a meat, fish and vegetarian option daily and our chef will happily make something else if our residents don’t like what is on offer. Also, we are very mindful that we are available to provide support to those residents who need it during mealtimes. Please do come and speak to me about your concerns as I’m very keen to get these resolved.
