Just wanted to say thank you for taking care of her.

Since arriving in 2018, my grandmother has received a high standard of care and support. Our family are so pleased that she is settled and happy. The staff are so positive and interested in her which is lovely to observe. My grandmother thoroughly enjoys the variety of activities and I'm sure these keep both her mind and body active. I think this is a strength of The Westbury. I really enjoyed watching the band with my grandmother at Christmas. I would highly recommend The Westbury Care Home to prospective residents.

Mum has been here for a year now, and we are happy that she has been well looked after. It's been a challenge for Mum moving from her home of almost 50 years, but she is comfortable and close to us, and we are able to visit easily. All staff have been friendly to us and have been accommodating.

I truly cannot fault the care my dear Dad received from the lovely, hard-working and friendly team at this care home for seven months until he sadly passed away there last night. He loved all the staff who were so caring and attentive towards him and he always appreciated everything that they did for him. They certainly helped make the last months of his life so happy and our family will always be grateful for this. Thank you so much.

The Westbury Care Home is a lovely place to stay. With beautiful garden areas at the front and to the rear. The staff are very friendly, professional, warm and welcoming. Our brother has settled in well and is making new friends. He is very happy with the care and support he receives. The food is excellent, with many choices to select from. We love visiting him and we are happy to leave him knowing how well his needs are being met and how content he is.

Mum is quite happy in the care home. It takes a lot to know she is cared for and I can relax knowing she is safe. Thank you to all the staff.

The staff are very friendly and helped Dad settle in and support him. It does not feel corporate but a very homely and secure environment. Residents are made to feel included and still have independence by a great team from managers, admin, nursing care staff, kitchen, maintenance and gardening staff. I feel confident that this is the perfect environment for Dad.

I am very pleased with the care my mother is receiving. She's been well looked after and she is enjoying her time being a resident. The staff working there, noticeably respect my mother and make her time staying there happy.

On behalf of my family, I would like to thank the manager and her team at The Westbury for their excellent and compassionate care of my father. The end-of-life care my father received was fantastic and as a family, we felt supported and involved. All the staff were wonderful, particularly the night team who cared for him on the night he passed away. As a registered nurse and Nursing Home Manager myself, I know good care and nursing when I see it and the staff at The Westbury provided this throughout my father's time there. We thank the manager and her team for all their support over the last few months. They are a credit to HC-One.

The staff here are all lovely and they really make you feel welcome, you can see that they care fully for my father and all the residents in the home. We celebrated our father's 85th birthday in the lovely garden and the staff treated us as part of the team and made a wonderful birthday cake for him. The family that were there, all really appreciate the kindness, effort and support not only for that day, but every day. When you leave to go home, you feel safe in the knowledge that your loved one is well cared for and you can walk away knowing you have nothing to worry about. The gardens look lovely, well cared for and inviting from the moment you pull into the car park and there is usually a resident enjoying them. All of the staff (even those behind the scenes) are lovely here, they make this home the lovely home it is today and they are a credit to the company. May it last for many more decades to come. Thank you everyone for looking after our father so well.

Very caring staff. My mum is very happy here. Areas and rooms are kept clean, lots of activities to get involved in or can just stay in room. Food - lots of variety and always smells good!

I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at The Westbury, my mum spent 31/2 weeks there and Mum had the highest level of care. The staff were friendly, kind and compassionate and nothing was too much trouble. In Mum's final hours, I was supported and cared for as well. Many thanks to you all.

My wife was admitted to the care home eleven days ago for palliative care suffering from liver cancer. We have both been very impressed with the treatment and care she has received from all that have been caring for her well-being. Everyone has been very compassionate, devoted to their duties and made my wife very comfortable. No words can really sum up the respect we have for staff and management here. They are all worthy of the highest praise.

I would like to thank everyone at The Westbury Care Home for the care they gave to my wife in the last days of her life. The staff were excellent with the short time she spent with them. Everyone was caring and compassionate they were always at hand to ask any question I had and always kept me up to date with how she was doing if they were worried they would ring the out of hours Doctor and keep me informed of the outcome whatever the time. I can not praise the staff enough with the dedication and care they gave to my wife and to everyone else, I was allowed to spend as much time as I wanted with her and be with her till the end. I would like to say the staff go to the back and beyond for everyone that includes the family. I would like to say a very big thank you to all the staff. I would recommend this care home to everyone, thank you everyone you do a great job.

Thank you so much to all the team for the care and attention my grandmother receives. Each time I visit she is full of praise. It is reassuring for my family to know that she is in a warm, comfortable environment that she is relaxed and happy with.

I feel so very grateful that my mum is living at this care home. The staff are so helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. To see my mum so happy and being cared for, means everything to me. Mum went on a trip to the garden centre with other residents and staff and had a smashing time. I would absolutely recommend this care home.

Lovely nursing home. My relative has been here for three years. Caring and helpful staff, very clean and they act on feedback. The team take the time to get to know their residents. Excellent communication with families. They have been consistently careful throughout the pandemic. Both myself and the family would recommend this home.
