I have always found the staff to be very considerate and helpful with all questions and details of my mum's care. A lovely run establishment, Mum is happy there and settled getting the care she needs for her remaining time with us.

Always clean and fresh. Management and staff are friendly and very helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Spacious lounge with a good range of activities. Covid protocols are followed to the letter to help keep everyone safe. Good parking too. Would certainly recommend it.

I am very, very happy for my husband to be in such a wonderful, loving and caring home. The staff are respectful and so very kind to both my husband and myself. He is spoiled to death and always clean, tidy and very happy. I can ask for no more than this and am just so thankful that I managed to get him into The Westbury.

Whilst our access to the care home is very limited, due to covid, our mum appears well cared for and the staff we do meet are all pleasant, friendly and appear very happy to assist her in any way they can.

My father is in the Westbury. I am very happy with the standard of care. The staff make it a priority to get to know the residents very well, all their likes and dislikes. They all make it a very happy place. Everyone works so hard - cleaners, kitchen and the interim manager is doing a very good job. The vibe in the home is one of a happy home. I am very pleased with the care that Dad gets and everyone will do their best to sort any concerns families may have.

My father-in-law has been looked after by the wonderful staff at The Westbury for around 4 years now. We have always appreciated their hard work and excellent care but today we were overwhelmed to see the bond the staff have with my father-in-law and we can tell he feels safe with them, which is massive reassurance for us, as his family. Today was my father in-law's birthday and despite him not being able to open his eyes much, they still made him a birthday cake and candles and sang to him. It was wonderful to see. If you are considering this care home for your loved one, then we can wholeheartedly say it’s the best place they can stay. Oh, and the gardens are absolutely stunning this year. So much effort has been made to make it such a bright and inviting place. Perfect place for the residents to relax. Oh, and visitors too, hee hee.

The staff at "The Westbury" are always professional and informative as to what is happening. They have kept residents and themselves very safe during this Covid-19 outbreak. Although it has been hard not seeing our relatives as much during the last 18-months, they have been well looked after by all.

I have been visiting my elderly neighbour at the home for over 2 years. I believe the management and staff care very much for the residents. My intimate knowledge of the home is limited but have always found the staff welcoming and they have looked after my neighbour very well despite the challenges they are sometimes faced with. Leaving ones home is never easy.

The staff are kind and caring with my dad, but also with us visitors. Sometimes communication from management can be a bit slow, and there doesn't seem to be a welcome procedure to let the family know what the need to do to support and get things rolling.

My father-in-law has been a resident for six years until he passed away this month. Every care and attention was offered to him during his stay. Carers and staff all very friendly and helpful. I can say his stay was happy until the illness dampened his spirits.

The care given to my mum from when she entered The Westbury in April to when she passed away in November was excellent. The staff were very caring and looked after her really well. The communication with us in the family was also very good - we were kept informed of any developments and any queries were answered promptly and in detail.

I cannot fault their operation at all, and I know my mum felt cared for by friendly and kind staff, and particularly found the hairdressing service very valuable.

My mother was in the Westbury Care Home for just under six weeks. The staff at Westbury not only looked after my mum with a huge amount of care and compassion but looked after the rest of the family as well, including my 90-year-old dad, where there was always an offer of a cup of tea, a biscuit and a chat.

I cannot thank you all enough for the gentle care you gave Mum at the end, we feel blessed to have had that quiet reassurance that all was well.
