Dear Wendy -Many thanks for taking the time to review our service .The feedback means a lot to me and my team.
Mum has been happy here overall. The staff are always pleasant and helpful and she feels her needs are met with kindness and dignity.
A friendly welcome is given by Lily at reception, and whoever else I see, no matter what day, carers, admin staff, catering etc.
As a family we know Mum receives the best care and are reassured she is well looked after. It gives us peace of mind, Mum as well.
Many thanks for taking the time to review our service we really appreciated and this is always make us to reflect on what we can do better. Many thanks again
My mother-in-law has been a resident at White Lodge for over 3 very happy years. 'A' is very content here, she loves all the activities, food, lovely gardens and her room. The care is outstanding, all her needs & dignity are always met with such kindness. We really are grateful to all the very hard working staff in all areas at White Lodge.
many thanks for taking the time to review our service ,the feedback will always makes us to reflect and do better for our residents
My mother has been living at this care home for some time now, and as a family we couldn't be more grateful for the environment she's in. From the very beginning the staff have been exceptional - not just professional, but genuinely kind. They take the time to know each resident as an individual, and it shows in the small, thoughtful way they care for my mum every day. The range of activities is another real highlight. There is always something going on - from crafts and music to cooking and social interaction. This keeps residents engaged and social. It's comforting to see my mother participating and enjoying herself. We couldn't have hoped for more.
many thanks for taking the time to review our service -this will help my team and myself to continue our residents and provide a nice environment with lots of activities
White Lodge has proved to be an excellent find for my father. It has a very calm atmosphere. The staff are very caring & friendly & the range of activities for the resident is superb. I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone seeking a care home.
Dear Lucy
Many thanks for taking the time to review our service that really means a lot for me and our team.
We would like to say thank you for looking after our mum so well. We shared a beautiful meal with mum today to celebrate her birthday, Herminia did a wonderful job of looking after the three of us. The curry was very tasty.
Many thanks for taking the time to review our service we really appreciate your time doing this.We are so happy that you was able to have great time with your mother on her birthday.
Thank you also to the chef for making such a gorgeous birthday cake
This was an enjoyable stay and would strongly recommend White Lodge having now looked at other Care Homes in the locality White Lodge was definitely the one for me.
Dear Peter Many thanks for taking the time to complete a review .we always appreciate feedback adn we will try to improve on the areas which we don't do so well. Looking forward to see you again at White Lodge.
My father has been a resident here for nearly 4 years. The staff are amazing. They respect every resident and really go out of their way to find ways to make people feel comfortable and at home. Eg: My father is obsessed with South Africa and so they organised a whole South African day for him, with flags, South African food, a drumming band, he was thrilled! He is not the easiest of people, and will often stay in his room alone if he was left to do that. But the staff at White Lodge always push the residents to keep active, eat well and get involved in activities which in turn helps each resident to settle in and feel part of the family. We are all so grateful to the wonderful staff at White Lodge. You are all LEGENDS! Thank you.
Dear Mollie Many thanks for taking the time to review our service. Your feedback really means a lot to me and my team. We are very happy to know that we make a difference in our residents day to day life. Many thanks again Ramona
One moment we will never forget is the beautiful ballet performance you put on for Mum - a memory that will stay with us forever. It was a perfect reflection of the love and thoughtfulness that runs through everything you do.
Your care in Mum's final days was truly outstanding. You understood, in every sense, what end-of-life care should be - gentle, respectful, and filled with dignity and kindness. We will always be grateful for the way you looked after her, and us, with such warmth.
Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts
Thank you so much for taking the time to review our service i will ensure this feedback will be shared with the team.
My mother has now been in residence for 4 and a half months. She has settled in really quickly and slipped into daily routine. The staff are always friendly and happy, nothing is too much trouble. The food is excellent.. 5 stars. Many thanks to all catering staff who are working in the background. The activities are wonderful, keeping the residents stimulated.
