My mother passed away in May this year. She was a resident of Berwood for about three years. Although the rooms are smaller than what would be ideal. My sister and I always felt welcome (obviously prior to Covid). The staff were very caring and patient with all the residents, and when mum was well,
she felt quite settled there. When mum was very ill at the end of her life, she was treated with care and had far more attention than if she had died in hospital. Thank you.

My brother has been a resident for two months, the care he has received has been exceptional. The staff are friendly, very supportive and so caring. I would recommend this care home to anyone, so much that we would like to get our other brother into there. Thank you to all at Berwood Court Care Home.

My mother recently stayed here and although as with anything different there were teething issues, mom settled and seemed quite content there. The staff were friendly and supportive with her care, she had a room of her own, she was assisted to join in activities that were of an interest to her, and
was not distressed at being in the situation she found herself.
The staff also did their best to support the family with this challenging time, therefore I suggest if you are looking for somewhere for a loved one at least go and look and see how it feels to you and yours, should it be offered to you.
One thing I'd like to improve is the dark wood as it makes it feel dingy (personal preference) care is excellent.
