Overall Experience

Well, where do I start, this place is absolutely fantastic. The support factor there is amazing and meets all requirements and needs. Clean, friendly and just outstanding, I couldn't have asked for a better place for my grandfather to have been in. All the staff are absolutely great, especially the nurse, she was outstanding in helping with my grandfather and for this, I am eternally grateful to the people that work at Robert Harvey House, thank you so much.

Review from Margery H (Wife of Resident) published on 13 June 2018 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

My Husband stayed at Robert Harvey for four weeks for assessment prior to moving to a permanent care home. The care he received was of a very high standard, the home was well furnished and clean and all the staff were friendly, kind and helpful at all times. If it had been closer to home I would have been more than happy for my Husband to remain there. The food was excellent, served really hot and a carer was always on hand to feed my Husband as he was unable to feed himself. All in all, I highly recommend Robert Harvey and thank them very sincerely for all their care during our time with them. Whenever we left my Husband we felt confident he would be safe and well cared for.
