The staff were so lovely to him and took on board all our requests.
Whenever we turned up, be that early or late we were welcomed.
All of the staff; to name but a few really made an impact on my dad's stay, as well as the kitchen staff who would give my dad ice cream whenever as this was all he was eating.
We could not fault the level of care he received while in Comberton.
Thank you from all of his family.
A very big thank you to the management and staff at Comberton. My partner's father spent a while there. He was made very comfortable during his latter years. Covid created many visiting problems, but the staff were only a phone call away and did their best under the circumstances. None of us wants to put our elders in a care home, but that time does unfortunately come. As a family, we would like to express our gratitude and thanks to all staff at Comberton. My father-in-law was very well cared for. Had his own room with his belongings with a TV etc. Was also able to spend a lot of his time in the main lounge with other guests where they are always entertained. A very big thank you to you all! Much appreciated!
My father was in at Comberton for a relatively short time. He had strain four, the most aggressive form of tumour/brain cancer. I have to say that the amazingly kind hearted/generous/very family orientated/loving staff made us feel so at home, when we were going through such an unbelievably difficult time. Through it all, the staff acted with diligence, discretion, patience & definitely provided us with a service that we & others were & would be proud of. It is so hard now to come to terms with this, but we are all trying to carry on. Without the support of all the staff at Comberton, it would have made the whole horrible nightmarish experience we all experienced, even worse.
I know I have said a lot, but feel that no words can express our gratitude to all the staff at Comberton
Love & best wishes.
