The care that was given to my nan during her time here was dignified, professional and just overall outstanding.
Nan arrived on a Thursday, by the Sunday she was unresponsive. She passed away 8 days later. I cannot thank all the staff they were amazing not just to nan but to us as a family especially
as I slept on a crash mat next to nan every night. Thank you. I will never forget that time.

Mum moved to Lyndon Hall directly from hospital in june 2025. Sadly, three days after arriving there she required palliative care and passed away a week later.
The staff were so caring and there was no issue with family visiting night and day, staying overnight etc. Thank you to all the nurses and
care staff for caring for mum with care, compassion and dignity.

The carers at Lyndon Hall are amazing. They have so much time & patience with my mom. She came from another Local care home and the difference in care is unbelievable you can tell that they are happy in the work and Listen to the residents Family wishes or concerns. Especially a few members of staff
and the manager is always on site day, night and weekends and never too busy to have a chat. I'm so happy my mom is in Lyndon Hall.

Dad's been at Lyndon Hall now for nearly 6 years now.
The care he's received over the years has been exceptional. I'm always informed about any issues with him.
Staff are friendly and supportive to dad and myself.
Dad's looked after so well and I'm so thankful for that.
I'm able to now visit
as his daughter and not his caregiver

My relative received the best of care at Lyndon Hall. All her needs were met and many times these were exceeded. She was treated with kindness at all times. Communication between the home and family was excellent. I would recommend Lyndon Hall to anybody.

Staff are always friendly and willing to share details of how Mom is doing. I know mom is being locked after because she seems happy and certainly lets you know if she's not.
Mom spends most of her time in the lounge as she likes to see what's going on. The staff have always tended to her knees whilst
I have been visiting. They try their best to get her to eat and drink which I appreciate as it is a very difficult task!

Mom was readily welcomed by the manager and nurse. Her room is light and airy with ensuite facilities. The receptionist always greets you on visiting (every day). The care staff on Poppy work relentlessly, it's very physically demanding for them. The team of nurses are there to listen to concerns and
reassure, I approach them often, feeling free to do so. The household staff and cleaning team are so friendly as they have around, chatting to bedbound patients and visitors alike. A hairdresser and chiropodist are available and other activities: singing, bingo, craft.

My Mom was in the care of Lyndon Hall for only 3 days. During this time she was treated with respect and very good care. I cannot thank the manager and staff enough. Myself and my family all feel the same.

Mom's health and well-being have improved 100% since her admission to Lyndon Hall. The staff are friendly and attentive to Mom and the family. Without the care of Lyndon Hall, I'm sure Mom's outcome would have had a negative impact on all our lives as a family.

Mom came in from hospital and within a week the staff all knew her by name and always had time for her. Any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly. Anytime I visited they would give me update on how she was doing.

I was very pleased with the level of care and services Lyndon Hall Care Home provided for my mom throughout the time she was a resident. Communication was good providing you were proactive enough to ask the right questions or query something that needed to be done for anything relating to my mom's health
and well-being. As Power of Attorney for my mom I felt this was important and it helped me that they regularly updated me when vaccinations needed to be approved and administered and to what doctors I needed to speak with to get their advice. Financial matters were also communicated to me as well with regular contact on any postal letters that were addressed to my mom to be regularly and quickly passed on to me to be dealt with accordingly. This proactive approach made my duty as Power of Attorney to my mom easier to manage. I will always have a lot of appreciation and gratitude for the help that Lyndon Hall Care Home provided for my mom and the support they gave to my family. Thank you.

Entering gave you the right feeling (homely). The manager and under manager both were excellent. The rest of the staff were kind and caring including the cleaning staff. If I ever needed care I would be happy to come here.

My father was only here for a short time but in that time the love and care shown to him was excellent. He could be tricky at times but the way the staff dealt with him was excellent.
Everyone from the manager to the housekeepers you could not fault. My father was very happy there during his stay.
The staff work very hard and do a great job of looking after the residents. It is a very nice atmosphere.
We did not need to worry about him during his stay he was always safe and well looked after.
Even in his final days the love and respect shown to him by the manager and the staff was fantastic.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Lyndon Hall to anybody.
