Due to my dad going to Lyndon Hall in July 20 during lockdown I have only really just been able to start going in. I'm happy with dad's room and the staff keep me informed about everything to do with dad. It would be lovely to know about any activities/social events that happen and what daad has been involved in. A lot of homes post things on social media which is lovely for families.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We are pleased that our team keep you informed about your Father’s care. The home will be introducing a newsletter that will highlight activities sessions and information about the home. We will ensure that this is displayed and sent to you moving forward.

We are really grateful as a family for the continued care and support mom is receiving, especially throughout the covid pandemic. I am personally very grateful for the increased access to visit my mom for compassionate reasons whilst she has been particularly unwell - as I live so far away I am unable to visit as often as I would like so the increased access has allowed us to spend precious time together. A big thank you to all the staff on Bluebell at Lyndon Hall and to the Manager for allowing these compassionate visits.

We have been very happy with the care given to my uncle over the past year. The staff have been very kind and caring and efficient. When medical issues arose they were quick to respond with appropriate medical care.

The home's facilities were all well kept and clean. The food, good.

My mother has been here for several months. Up to now, we have found the staff to be extremely helpful and professional. Communication has been first class - I could not wish for my mom to be in a safer place under the circumstances.

I had a window visit to see my mom. This is the first time I've seen her properly since August and since she's been in Lyndon Hall. We were both made up. My mom who's 89 yrs said she felt great, the best she's felt in years, she looked so well, clean and smart. All the staff are so friendly and caring. It's definitely given me reassurance and comfort knowing my mom is being looked after properly and is so happy. I can't thank Lyndon Hall enough and hope the visits can continue. All doing a great job at such a difficult time.

It is mom's birthday today (28 October) and we were thrilled to be able to wish mom a happy birthday via a window visit. Covid has been so detrimental to the families suffering dementia. Mom looks really well and is clearly well cared for. Can't wait for a hug!

My wife has been in Lyndon Hall Care Home since 23rd December 2019, she has dementia and was sectioned because she needed 24hour care.
We were very pleased when she was accepted into the home.
In the early days, we were able to visit and sit with her in the lounge but in March visiting was stopped but we could do window visits. Then, unfortunately, the local council put a complete ban on the home due to the virus.
My wife receives very good care. We had been married 71 years on the 13th of August and after being together for 73 years I find it very hard.

I can't thank the staff enough for their care.

I rate the care home excellent. The staff are very pleasant and friendly. Today 17/1/20 I saw a panto with my sister and her son top marks for arranging an entertaining 2 hours show a lovely coffee morning. What more can I say but keep up the good work.

Staff are caring. If there are any problems we are told right away and solutions are discussed. I do think that more staff would be beneficial.

My mom moved into Lyndon Hall on 26th September. Mom has many problems but the staff have tried really hard to work with mom to sort problems out. Mom seems to be settling in now and that is due to the staff's hard work.

I find that my husband has had the best care he could have had. All but a bedsore on his heel which should have been found last year and is only just getting better. His care was brilliant, could not be better (on Rose). Now he's on Poppy, exceptional care. On the ball with care, I love being here every day so I see things. How well the carers work and the nurses are very professional. Rooms clean and tidy.
