My grandmother was brought into the intermediate care section at Waterside on the 1st of March, following a very stressful stint at hospital. My nan entered Waterside and was treated with care and dedication from the beginning.

My grandmother was brought into the intermediate care section at Waterside on the 1st of March, following a very stressful stint at hospital. My nan entered Waterside and was treated with care and dedication from the beginning.
Over her almost two month stay she has battled lows alongside supportive staff who have left family members at ease knowing she is in safe hands. My nan is leaving Waterside the bubbly lively individual she once was and we could not have got there without their help.

Speaking on behalf of my brother he is well cared for and very happy living in Waterside, in the past my sister was in care at Waterside now deceased and was quite happy there. I myself went into respite at Waterside for three weeks and cared for really well. I rate this the best home around this...

I can only say, the people in the home made my stay so enjoyable. I miss my home so much, all the staff made me feel at home. The carers, cleaners, canteen staff and everybody made my stay very comfortable. I thank Bupa for the marvellous homes. I am very grateful.

Could not have wished for better care for myself and my family. Thank you. (P.s. My nan was very well looked after and very pleased with all the staff. Even when I was unwell while visiting nurses took the time and trouble to make sure I was OK. So from all of us- Thank you!)
