Waterside Care Home, situated in the village of Tipton, close to Dudley, provides personalised nursing care to older people.

Each member of the professional care team is there to help you or your loved one settle into life at Waterside. I like the home very much, lots of food, too much sometimes! Even though the home and staff are really nice, I'm pleased to be going home. The home and staff have supported me following the loss of my husband, we were married for 54 years. Waterside helped me spend his final days together. At home I
will be with my dog again, which makes me happy. Overall my time at Waterside was happy.

My grandmother was brought into the intermediate care section at Waterside on the 1st of March, following a very stressful stint at hospital. My nan entered Waterside and was treated with care and dedication from the beginning.


Over her almost two month stay she has battled lows alongside supportive

staff who have left family members at ease knowing she is in safe hands. My nan is leaving Waterside the bubbly lively individual she once was and we could not have got there without their help.

Speaking on behalf of my brother he is well cared for and very happy living in Waterside, in the past my sister was in care at Waterside now deceased and was quite happy there. I myself went into respite at Waterside for three weeks and cared for really well. I rate this the best home around this area.

I can only say, the people in the home made my stay so enjoyable. I miss my home so much, all the staff made me feel at home. The carers, cleaners, canteen staff and everybody made my stay very comfortable. I thank Bupa for the marvellous homes. I am very grateful.

Never had any dealings with care homes before so did not know what to do or what to expect from the day my aunt arrived at Waterside Care Home everyone was very helpful, they treated my aunt with respect and did everything for her, knowing she was in a safe environment being looked after put myself
and family's mind at ease.
