He had complex needs but was psychologically sharp to the end. Palliative care was excellent.
The staff were kind and helpful. We were given notice when the end was near and were able to be there when he died.
Overall the people were first rate and kind and attentive. Care was very good.
My wife and I will never forget what they did for us. They are still in our minds.
A special group of people.
They also allowed our Italian greyhound to visit, and he provided much comfort for my father over the time he was there and was with him at the end.
A heartfelt thanks. What you did will never be forgotten.
Mom died in there two days ago and I went to collect her belongings today and was told by the nurse"your mother had a terrible death!! as she had no medication??
When we had to look for care for our relative, it seemed like a daunting task. I must say when we walked into Anville Court we just knew he was gong to be well looked after. The staff are amazing, nothing is ever too much trouble. I have never met anyone as kind and caring as the manager, he feels so at ease living at Anville Court, he says he feels like he's just gone home and all of his new friends have come round for a cuppa. Just fantastic, I'm thinking of booking my room now, ready for me in a few years time!

My friends has only been at this home for only three weeks, then sadly passed away. I can honestly say that she in this time was treated with loving care and dignity. The caring staff were so kind and compassionate to her, professional at all times. Letting the family stay as well really helped.

The facilities are very good, lovely light dining rooms and day rooms overlooking lovely gardens. The food I'm told by my Nan is lovely, and the hair salon appears to be a hit with the residents. Overall we are glad we found such a lovely place where my Nan is being well cared for.

My mother has suffered a very dense stroke thus enabling all her needs to be in the hands of nurses, carers and management. This they do very well.
The atmosphere within the home is one of a caring supportive environment. The dignity and respect is always extremely well carried out. Thank you Anville Court.

I have been a resident at Anville Court since December 2011. In that time the home has seen many changes, all I am pleased to say for the better. The home has regular meetings with management and relatives, the care staff are attentive to the needs of not just myself but all the other residents. Any time I have needed to have help in anyway, the management have sorted this out. I would not think twice about recommending the home to other families who are thinking about care for their loved ones.
