Eversleigh Care Centre

A very sincere "thank-you" to all the Eversleigh Care Centre staff involved in the end of life care of my mother-in-law during her short stay in January 2017. We were very impressed with the caring way that both the care and nursing staff at Eversleigh managed the last few hours of her life, and grateful to find someone sat with her holding her hand on our arrival. As close family members, we were made to feel welcome and emotionally supported at a very difficult time. We were also deeply touched by the beautiful flowers and staff representative that Eversleigh sent along to her funeral afterwards.

My partner has been here for four years and we have had no complaints, very good cooperation from staff and management and can't find any fault at all. I visit every day and find everything satisfactory.

I am happy with the home and I visit regularly. The staff are great and we get on well. My wife is well looked after and the food the chefs cook is great. I always have a great laugh with the office staff.

My brother-in-law has been here for three years and care has always been very good. If I speak to staff, they always seem to get it right, on the whole, he is 92 I didn't think he would last this long and happy with the service.

Mom has been in the Eversleigh Care Centre for 17 months, she has dementia and mobility problems, we needed to find a home to cater for all these needs and after looking at many homes found the Eversleigh Care Centre to be the best. The home is always clean and tidy, the staff are very welcoming and any problems are always dealt with quickly and the family kept well informed. There is a wide range of activities and entertainment, which are well organised and we feel confident in leaving mom in Eversleigh's care.

My mother has been a resident for 19 months and for the most part she has been happy and contented. The staff treat her with respect and look after her needs well. Whenever I have had need to bring something to the attention of the staff and management it has always been dealt with efficiently.

Well organised, friendly and caring staff , always very clean, food not always 100% but very hard to please everyone. My friend had a 90th Birthday this week, and it was orgaised very well, and she was made to feel very special, they also made us feel very welcome.

Staff are very professional and attend various courses to update their practice. The food is well prepared and has a varied menu. The home is always clean and has a high standard of decor. I feel very happy that my mum is in good hands and would recommend this home. Thank you.
