My dad has been at Amber Court for 4 months now and we are more than happy with the care he is receiving. Staff are excellent, friendly and caring. Food is good, in fact dad has put on weight since being here. The manager of the home will always make herself available if you want to discuss...
My dad has been at Amber Court for 4 months now and we are more than happy with the care he is receiving. Staff are excellent, friendly and caring. Food is good, in fact dad has put on weight since being here. The manager of the home will always make herself available if you want to discuss anything and is excellent. What i especially like about this home is that the owner is frequently on site and always goes to each residents room to check that everything is ok. She will always make herself available to discuss anything and is more than fully involved in the day to day running of the home. Excellent work Amber Court

I have had dealings with this home now for eight years as my dad was a resident here and now my mom is. I have always found the staff very kind and caring and hard working. I am kept well informed. Overall the service provided by the staff has been excellent. All staff very helpful and willing to give advice on Dads care including Jannie. No complaints about Dads care. Excellent. The home is clean and staff are welcoming

Absolute above and beyond these staff go for the residents. My dad is currently staying here at the moment. I know he's safe here and I have no worry or stress because I no he is going to be just fine. The staff are always so helpful and always there to help and listen if needed..

My sister has been a resident at the Care Home for six months now and has responded really well to the day-to-day care she receives. The environment is caring and professional at all times, and I always feel welcome when I visit. In the short time she's been a resident, my sister has regained a great deal of confidence, and we've seen a very positive outcome in the way the home is managed to suit her individual needs.

Amber Court has 24 hour care and both the day and night staff are excellent.
They treat Dad with dignity and respect, are very caring, show empathy and concern, and many have become his friends.

My mother has been a resident in the care home for two years and is very comfortable there. The staff are caring and kind to her and she likes them. They offer her choice to decide where she wants to sit, and where she would like her meals

My mother has been a resident in the care home for two years and is very comfortable there. The staff are caring and kind to her and she likes them. They offer her choice to decide where she wants to sit, and where she would like her meals
She very much enjoys the food in the care home, and a good selection of food is offered each day.
A fitness co-ordinator comes in each Wednesday and Mom enjoys the exercises and joins in with the songs, which uplifts her mood.
Staff and management monitor and are quick to notice any changes in her behaviour which can sometimes be the result of an infection, and medical advice is sought and Mom is quickly sorted with the correct medication.
A singer also comes into the home and Mom enjoys joining in when she knows the words to songs that he sings.
She very much enjoys the food in the care home, and a good selection of food is offered each day.
