We want to thank the manager and her fantastic team for all their hard work they put into the pre christmas preperations and on Christmas Day itself. It was a lovely atmosphere on Christmas Day, and my father (resident), sister, and I enjoyed the amazing Christmas dinner dished up by the chef. My sister and I are reassured that my father is being loved after by staff showing care, kindness and dignity and it's great to see my lovely dad looking so comfortable and contented.

My husband is very well cared for. He is clean & turned regularly, the care staff are lovely, and he always has a smile on his face when they appear! Lovely view from his room. The staff try to accommodate his needs, but his speech & comprehension are not good.

Dad has only just arrived really. He's been at Hampton Grange a couple of weeks and is starting to settle in nicely. All the staff, from management to nurses and service staff are amazing. Very helpful, polite and have been great helping dad settle in. Dad is always clean, happy and you can see he is looked after extremely well. After 18 long months of trying to get Dad to Hereford, we finally have him here and are pleased with Hampton.
