I’m proud to serve as the Care Home Manager at West Eaton and my passion is ensuring that our residents feel truly at home. I believe that every person deserves care that not only meets their medical needs but also nurtures their sense of belonging, dignity, and happiness.

With a zeal for creating a safe, welcoming, and compassionate environment, I lead a wonderful team of nurses, caregivers and staff ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. My goal is to provide personalized care that makes every resident feel valued and comfortable, just as we would want for our own family members.

I’m always looking for new ways to improve the quality of life for our residents. Whether it’s through organizing fun activities, improving daily routines, or simply spending time with residents and listening to their stories, I’m dedicated to making their days brighter.

I have been at West Eaton since 2006 and was born in India I originally started as a Health Care Assistant and went on to study nursing.

I am a qualified RGN with extensive experience in the nursing field and would describe myself as passionate, caring and reliable. I am committed towards my work, have the ability to work under pressure, assertive and willing to lead and support my team of nurses and lead the unit. My current role has helped me build new skills in the active and effective management of resources.
I have 3 children and I would love to help students in developing countries get higher education. I am passionate about my heritage and Keralan culture.

I joined West Eaton in 2022 having worked in the care sector for many years. I am an organized and experienced Resident Services Manager with extensive knowledge of administrative and clerical operations. I have a proven track record of successfully managing situations and overseeing projects to completion.

I am actively involved in supporting the manager with the management of the home and aspire to be a Home Manager one day.

I am also a mum to 2 beautiful children and enjoy gardening.

I have been a nurse since the age of 20 and have the proven ability to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced environment. I am calm and level-headed with the ability to handle difficult patients and high-stress situations. I have strong verbal communication skills and develop strong relationships with patients and their families.

I am originally from Hungary and have 2 children.

I am versatile and adaptable and enjoy being challenged, I work hard and am very dependable.

I work well in a team but am equally confident acting on my own. My greatest virtues are my patience and my genuine compassion for those in my care, no matter how testing the circumstances might be.

I am originally from Romania and have 2 sons who I am very proud of.

Nursing is my passion particularly Palliative Care which I am the nominated home champion.

I fully understand that Nursing is a way of life and more than simply a career. I adhere to the absolute commitment that this career requires and am a good listener with a caring nature. I am also a good team player but know how to take charge and be a leader when necessary. I feel that my life experience influences my work. I understand that nursing demands a capability for medical disciplines, which I am capable of as proven by my educational achievements and my career history.

I am a mum to 2 children and enjoy arts and crafts as well as upcycling.

I enjoy listening to older people and am a very patient person always happy to work at my resident's pace, following their lead. I have worked as a carer for many years now and work very efficiently. I enjoy my job and like talking with the residents as I perform my duties.

I am mum to my 4 children and 2 stepchildren and I would love to go on a cruise and pass my driving test.

Throughout my career, I have developed a reputation for being a problem-solver, an effective communicator, a natural leader with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure. I have extensive experience leading teams and coordinating tasks to ensure successful outcomes.

I like reading and listening to music and I have travelled around the world.

I have worked in various social care settings for over the years from which I gained a broad knowledge in providing professional support to residents and patients to enable and promote independent living and fulfilment. I am a conscientious worker and a credible team player with a high degree of flexibility towards the performance of my work. In the course of seeking both personal and professional development I have pursued and achieved several trainings and qualifications which include my Nursing Degree and I am currently working towards my NMC pin.

I had the opportunity to practise nursing in the Maldives which was an amazing experience.

I am married with 2 daughters and am very passionate about my culture.

My work in health care has taught me valuable personal lessons, particularly that it is all too easy to take one's health and freedom for granted when it is not threatened by disability. I enjoy being able to offer comfort to the residents, bring a smile to their faces, listen to their concerns and reassure them. My love for the profession is accompanied by a real determination to succeed and gain my NMC pin. I am a hard-working and well-organised individual, reliable, punctual and meticulous in matters of detail.

I am originally from Kerala in India and I am married and have 2 sons.

After 10 years as a Kitchen Assistant, I realised I had the skills and ability to become the Head Chef.

Since being in this role, I have worked closely with my colleagues to produce resident person-centred menus and dishes by engaging closely with the residents and their families and fellow team members in really enhancing the mealtime experience for all and establishing favourites and associated memories as well as appetite drivers.
Our team is dedicated and committed to ensuring that the whole home recognises food and drink as both medicine and everyday life-fulfilling experiences.
Our transformed garden with boxes for herbs and vegetables and grounds lending themselves to growing elderflower and fruit trees promotes engagement from ground to plate.

I have many varied interests like going to concerts and festivals and photography, however, I absolutely love skydiving! I would like to one day get my private pilot's license and do the 3 Peaks challenge.

I have worked at West Eaton since 2017 and have recently been appointed as Head Housekeeper, a position I am very excited about.

I continuously and proactively assess the cleanliness and presentation of the Home to ensure that it meets consistently high standards, working proactively with the Infection Prevention and Control Lead to ensure standards of cleanliness are attained. I am dedicated to providing person-centred quality care and a homely environment for the residents to enjoy.

I have 2 adult children and had dreams of one day training to be an embalmer or a pathologist.

I am creative, versatile, enthusiastic, optimistic and really care about people. I am reliable and considerate and not shy to learn a new skill or take up a challenge and I believe my skills and experience in organizing projects align well with the role. Being able to think on my feet and act quickly has held me in good stead when activities don’t always go to plan.

Working in partnership with the local community, including schools, churches, charities, local groups and alongside residents’ family and friends has been a huge advantage to the lives of our residents.

I am a good listener and if a resident has a particular desire to try a new activity, I do my best to make it happen.

I am passionate about gardening and have 2 lovely children.
