The care staff are very friendly. The nursing staff are very helfpul. The kitchen staff are very good and the food is excellent. The home is fairly small (about 30 residents) My wife has been a resident for 4 years and is very happy there.

Mum was looked after and cared for in a very professional manner. She was always encouraged to be involved in the various activities which are available every week. The nurses are professional and the carers take time with the residents. The food is good, varied and plentiful sometimes too much!

Mum has recently gone into care at West Eaton House. Over this time her care has been excellent and the staff are extremely caring and friendly. The atmosphere is friendly and happy and mum has settled well into her new life where she needs both physical and psychological support as she has dementia and she is very fail and needs encouragement to eat and drink. Good food.

For the family it has been a great relief to know that mum is in good hands and getting excellent 24hr care.

When looking for a home for my mother, I visited many and when I came across West Easton, I smiled as I had found the home for mum. I was welcomed with compassion and love. All the staff at West Easton are kind and thoughtful. I no longer have to worry what care mum is receiveing. I feel she is safe and well looked after.

West Eaton is a small home, but well staffed. They lay on daily events for all residents. When walking into the home to visit mum, I know I have chosen the right place.

My mother came to West Eaton from Hereford hospital following a stroke. She has received excellent care and has thrived on the personal attentive car that hospitals seem unable to provide. Although she has severe dementia and cannot walk following her stroke she seems contented which is a tribute to the staff at West Eaton.

This is a very good nursing home with high standards of care, good food, and generally a pleasant atmosphere - hard to fault. My elder son and his wife looked at four nursing homes and when they came to West Eaton House they wrote on the leaflet "Yes"!!

West Easton is within 3 miles from home and chosen by myself. Having called without an appointment, I was given a tour of the home by the nurse in charge. The welcome and discussion made me chose West Eaton. The staff are very caring and spend as much time with the residents as possible. There is a monthly programme of events. Although my wife is fed by liquid drip, the food which is cooked on the premises smells and looks very goo with a varied menu on display. All laundry is dealt with in house. There are various sizes of rooms, some with views for residents who may have to spend some time in bed if unwell.

Very pleased and satisfied with my choice of West Eaton.
