The home is part of a small, local nursing home group, which has excellent care standards across all of its homes. Owners believe that West Eaton provides a happy, homely environment which residents and relatives value highly, and they encourage visitors to come at any time and to support social events. After one and a half years of looking after my wife suffering from three strokes and times in the hospital, on the 13th April she was placed in West Eaton House. We visited a friend of the wife in West Eaton House a few times and thought what a wonderful place to come to. The management and staff are excellent, the care and support needs are met with dignity. The food is also excellent with the security of locked doors at all times. (There is a code for the visitors to enter). There is a hairdresser one morning a week. Every week they have two or three activities which help the people to chill out.
