From the moment my wife and I visited the Boynes 6 weeks ago it felt warm and happy a special place that I wanted my father to live.. We had a lovely couple of hours being shown round the Boyes meeting staff and residents it was very reassuring. Dad moved in a week ago he really loves his room and has settled in extremely well. It's the hardest thing we've ever had to do, but made slightly easier when we receive telephone calls to say how much he's enjoying it. I cannot speak highly enough of the team at the Boynes nothing is too much trouble they really do go the extra mile.. We cannot thank you enough for everything you have done. we know you care as much as we do.
Thank you kindly for your lovely words, I will ensure I share your feedback with the team. It is absolutely our pleasure to welcome your dad and your family to The Boynes.
Our Mum's previous care home closed so we had to find a new place for her quickly. My sister-in-law found The Boynes and I'm so happy she did. Since our first contact everyone has been so friendly, caring and helpful. Mum has a comfortable room which is nicely decorated. All the staff are fabulous and have really helped Mum settle in quickly. Everything is very well organised and there are plenty of activities which Mum is encouraged to take part in. All the staff are so friendly and have helped with any queries we've had. The food is excellent and Mum loves all the puddings and cakes. Thanks you all. It's such a comfort for us knowing Mum is so well looked after.
Thank you so much for your lovely words, they really mean the world to us. We are so pleased your mum has settled in so well, especially after such a difficult and unexpected move. It's wonderful to hear she's enjoying her room, making the most of the activities, and, of course, our puddings and...
The staff and management were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. My wife was only in for two week respite. She was very well looked after. The food was very good. My wife is completely bedbound, but she was kept clean and changed regularly. The staff were so kind to her. It made me feel that I could relax as I knew she was safe and all her needs were taken care of. I will certainly let her go there again. I wouldn't want her to go anywhere else.
My husband has been in The Boynes now for two months and I cannot thank the staff enough for looking after him. It has not been an easy time for either of us but I am confident that he is in a safe and caring environment. Thank you everyone.
The nursing care is also thorough and reassuring, and they give regular updates on my mother's health and well-being. Indeed, the manager and assistant manager are qualified nurses, reflecting the professional caring ethos of the home.
Stimulating activities are provided for residents throughout the week, which the staff put their heart and soul into. Lauren and Christian well deserve a mention, but truly the whole team are incredible.
It's said that leadership, and culture, are two sides of the same coin, and indeed Manager Nithin and his team truly epitomise this, and genuinely lead by shining example.
Many thanks for your wonderful review, I will be sure to share your kind words with the team and manager. Thank you for your continued support, we really value the relationship with have you and all our relatives at The Boynes.
The staff are exceptional, both in terms of care and also kindness. Nothing seems too much trouble.
The Boyne is a very impressive country house set in extensive gardens and mother's room enjoys extensive views across to the Malvern Hills.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful message about your mother and her time at The Boynes. Looking after her has been a privilege for our team, and your kind words about their care and kindness will be shared with them - they will be deeply encouraged and proud to know the difference they make. Your message is sincerely appreciated by everyone here at The Boynes.
Mum had been in a different care home for a few years and we wanted to move her but were unsure as to whether this was the right thing to do. However, from the moment we entered The Boynes we knew it was the best place for her. The Management Team and staff were incredibly helpful from the assessment to the transfer, and we were delighted that she settled straight away! She has now been there for 4 months and the only thing we wish is that she had moved to The Boynes years ago!
We really appreciate your kind words, thank you, and thanks too for taking the time to write a review and share your story. We're delighted with how quickly your mum has settled in. If there is anything else we can do to make her stay even better, just let us know.
Mum stayed at The Boynes for a weeks respite. She had a lovely week. She said the staff were all very helpful and the care she received was excellent. The food was wonderful and she was very well looked after with cups of tea and lovely coffee. She also enjoyed going out to the Garden Centre with staff. I found all the staff to be very welcoming and friendly. From the cleaners to the Chef, The Management and Reception staff. They also have an excellent activity programme if you wish to take part. The home is kept very clean and there was a very cheerful atmosphere. I would not hesitate to recommend to others.
We really appreciate your recommendation, thank you, and you taking the time to write us a review. We are delighted that your mum enjoyed her stay with us; it was a pleasure to have her, and she is welcome any time. Please don't hesitate to ask if there is ever anything more we can do to help.
The Boynes is set in beautifully cared for grounds in a quiet setting.
Truly exceptional!
What wonderful feedback, thank you! We really appreciate your kind words, and you taking the time to share your experiences of The Boynes. Please don't hesitate if there is ever anything more we can do to support your mother, or you.
My husband was at the Boynes for 6 weeks respite care when I was unable to care for him. He came home and needed much more support so he became a permanent resident at the Boynes. I am more than happy with the care provided. The staff are efficient very helpful to residents and visitors. The Boynes is run a lifelike hotel accommodation. I thoroughly recommend the care home for all that is offers.

Our team takes great pride in creating a welcoming environment where residents and families feel comfortable and supported. I will pass on your kind comments to the whole team.
I am the main carer for a lady who was admitted to the Boynes Care Centre. I and the person I care for have been helped every step of the way. It was a new experience for both of us and the staff at every level have been considerate and compassionate. It is a very difficult time for all concerned but I feel its been made that bit less worrying and stressful by all concerned.

Mum went to the Boynes after being discharged from hospital for end of life care. She had been very ill and was extremely frail; she had a life expectancy of only a couple of weeks. Due to the wonderful care given to her, Mums stay was of months duration. She was treated with kindness and consideration and her all her needs and medical requirements were monitored and administered as necessary. The staff were extremely supportive of Mum and the family, and there was nothing that was too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Boynes Care Centre to anyone.

I can't describe the relief when we walked through the door of The Boynes. We were all welcomed and the care and attention we received from every single member of staff was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble.
My Mum was provided with everything she needed for her physical, mental and spiritual health. She was cared for and listened to, as were all of her family. We all felt cared for and part of the Boynes family.
When she was at the end of her life she was supported by all the staff and had the end that she wanted.
As a family we would highly recommend The Boynes. If I need a care home in the future I want it to be The Boynes.
Thank you to everyone.

My brother relocated from London to the Boynes in Dec 2024, and it has been such a positive move for him. All the staff are caring and accommodating - nothing is too much trouble. We are kept well informed, and it is a relief to know that he is in such good hands and every aspect of his care including medical appointments, and liaising with other agencies, is being taken care of. We especially appreciate that he is treated respectfully and daily interaction with staff has improved his mood and ability to communicate verbally. The staff work closely with the family to support him with more challenging aspects of his life. Thank you so much from all the family.

Meet the Team (7)

Hi, I am Nithin. I have been working with the Future Care Group for the last 3 years. I started off in the group as a staff nurse at the Boynes Care Centre where I was able to spend quality time with the service users and learn the values of the company.
Later on, as Deputy Manager where I enjoyed learning from the challenges of working together with a highly talented team who provided meaningful, quality care to the service users in the home.
Recently I took the post of the Home Manager and I am looking forward to working with the team to provide the best care possible to our residents. I am passionate about working with our residents and learning more about them as well as creating person-centred care plans which cater to our residents’ individuality.
When I am away from work, I love spending time with my family, listening to music, watching movies and playing badminton.

I qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2001 and have worked in the clinical setting and Managerial/Commissioning roles both here in the UK and abroad.
I have worked for Future Care Group for the past 3 years. I am highly focused on providing the best possible care for residents ensuring they are comfortable and receiving the very best in holistic person-centred care.
I am passionate about my job and have a specific interest in Dementia Care, and what good Dementia Care should look like, it’s about really getting to know residents – the little things can be so important.
In my spare time I enjoy exercising and catching up with friends and family. On a typical day off you will find me either up the local hills with my dog or chilling on the sofa with Netflix.

I have worked as an Administrator for twenty years with the past 8 years focused on the Care sector.
Since joining The Boynes in February 2022, I can honestly say it is an absolute pleasure to come to work every morning and work with such wonderful colleagues, residents and visiting family members. The atmosphere is always very upbeat and everyone is happy. It is an honour to be part of such a welcoming team.
When not at work, I love to spend time with my husband and two small children. As a family, we enjoy climbing mountains, gardening, exploring new places and visiting our relatives.

My interest in working within the care industry began whilst studying Mental Health Practice at Gloucestershire University. During my placement, I ran art workshops for the elderly and people with various disabilities. Being in this environment felt like second nature, and I soon realised that this was the industry I wanted to pursue a career in.
I've worked in the care sector for 6 years, with over 3 years as part of The Boynes team. I progressed from Care Team Leader to the challenging yet rewarding role of Lifestyle Lead. Bringing smiles to the faces of residents and their families is what makes this role so fulfilling.
Outside of work at The Boynes, I enjoy keeping myself busy with arts and crafts, particularly painting. Currently, I am learning how to crochet, though I haven't had much success yet. I also cherish spending time with my two beautiful pugs, Peppa and Daisy, who mean the world to me. My partner and I love taking them wild camping in our van.

Maintenance work in a Care Home must involve all departments and because of that, I believe that teamwork is fundamental. Having a good relationship with the team makes it easy to communicate different needs and learn something new every day.
Since my first day at The Boynes, I have tried my best to be of help to the staff and solve problems as soon as possible.
It’s good to work in a company that gives us the tools we need to comply with the legislation and keep the Care Home functioning correctly.
Honestly, the team at The Boynes is amazing, we all have our different personalities but at the end of the day, we feel like we learn from each other. I believe that all this is due to having good management who knows the issues that arise and work by our side every day.
As our shifts can sometimes be difficult and intense, I use my free time relaxing with my family and enjoying my hobbies: fishkeeping and cooking.

Since 2017, I have decided to have a change of career to better suit my home-life balance and so have become the Head of Housekeeping. I thoroughly enjoy my job, always make sure I have a smile for every resident and no job that is asked of me is too much trouble. The residents’ needs are always at the heart of every task I undertake.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and family by going out for meals or by dancing the night away.

I started my career in the kitchen in 2019 as a kitchen assistant. I enjoyed what I was doing and loved spending every moment with the head chef. She was a fantastic lady who taught me most of what I know now and believed in me and my future.
Today, I am the head chef and she was right: it is a beautiful job but very demanding. I work very hard but at the same time, I am very happy with what I have achieved so far.
In my free time, I spend time with my son and family. I enjoy gardening, listening to music, and walking across the Malvern Hills.
