I cannot thank the staff, management and the chef enough for their cooperation. They have been marvellous!
On the day of my mother-in-law's arrival, 26th September 2018, I was amazed at how many staff, management, including the chef, was there to greet her.
I emphasise again, the quality of care and attention she receives, not forgetting her dignity.
Having run a care home myself I realise how difficult it can be to tick all the boxes, and The Boynes care home justifies everything.
Her supreme care must be mentioned to those who are thinking of placing their loved ones into a home. The Boynes fulfils every need.
There is no comparison with this care home to the other we have just moved her from. The Boynes' care is simply the best.
She is well fed and watered, in clean conditions - with attentive, pleasant staff. The home lays on activities and entertainment - which the residents, Mum included, enjoy.
When I visit I am very happy to see the residents.
I am quite happy with the care my wife is getting at The Boynes.
I especially like the new water feature in the garden.
I highly recommend The Boynes to anyone, who like myself, has MS. The care here is excellent, I am highly grateful for all that is done for me here. The staff are like family to me.
My mother was transferred to The Boynes N. H. in April this year. The transformation has been remarkable; her quality of life has improved tremendously. She looks well and is much happier in this wonderful nursing home. Celebrating her 95th Birthday, we were given the loan of a Marquee set in the beautiful parkland area of the home. She has been on day trips, picnics and attended activities organised by the very capable team of activity organisers. The staff are kind, caring and considerate, the food is excellent with a good variety of meals and drinks available. My mother is able to sit out within the grounds most days and she so enjoys the peace and quiet of the countryside listening to the birdsong and enjoying seeing the wildlife. I would have no hesitation recommending this nursing home, it’s clean, the rooms are light and airy and I would like to say a very big thank you to the Home care manager and all her staff for doing such a wonderful job looking after my mother.
The care centre is set in wonderful gardens with amazing views. It is homely and has a very welcoming feel. The staff are friendly and caring. We are always informed of any health issues concerning Mum and she has excellent care at all times. Always spotlessly clean with no nasty smells. We really couldn't wish for better for our mother.
Excellent care/carers.
My father has been a resident at the Boynes for four months having been transferred from another care home, as his nursing care needs increased.
I am a regular visitor and have been delighted with the quality of care my father has received. The staff, to a person, are warm and welcoming and show a willingness to go the extra mile to provide excellent care. My father has some challenging needs that carers take in their stride showing understanding and patience. He is always clean and tidy and his room is cleaned regularly to a high standard. The food provided is produced to an excellent standard, the dining area is always immaculate and enjoys access to a pleasant, secure garden. Warm and cold drinks are readily available.
The healthcare professionals are always available and keep family updated with any health concerns.
Overall I couldn't be more pleased with the care my father has received and thank staff for the kindness and dedication shown.
Excellent, first-class care. Thank you to all of the staff.
Having experienced a nightmare year long stay at a nursing home in Worcester our Mother was moved to The Boynes. During the last 4 months her whole attitude to life has improved dramatically. The ambience, care and dignity she has received here at The Boynes is second to none. A different world to the previous home. Well done all at The Boynes and thank you!!
Thank you for all your hard work and compassion.
I had a wonderful weeks stay for respite. The care the staff give is wonderful, compassionate and caring. Always ready to talk if the need arises. We went out on 3 trips during the week which gave us the chance to get out and about and do girly shopping. Would recommend to anyone.
I have had great care here at The Boynes. I get to go on pub lunches every week and enjoy a pint or 2. What more could I ask for? I have also made some great friends here. The staff are warm and welcoming. I'm proud to call it home.
My dog and I have thoroughly enjoyed visiting The Boynes Care Centre for the past 3 years. The staff have always been most interested in us both coming each Tuesday and seeing the benefit the residents get from contact with the dog.
My mum was a resident here from June '16 up until when she passed away on 10th February 2018.
During the time mum was here, she was given first-class care. All the staff were attentive at all times. The staff always made me feel welcome.
My husband had a wonderful time and is looking forward to going back soon.
Care centre extremely helpful, kind and caring. The staff are amazing with the residents and family. I know my friends Mother had the utmost care. Beautiful setting, clean and well looked after. The residents seem very happy.
My husband enjoyed his stay there, the staff were very helpful and pleasant.
Thank you for your review. I would welcome the opportunity to meet with you to discuss how we could improve on your experience at The Boynes Care Centre.
Excellent, no problems.

Meet the Team (7)

Hi, I am Nithin. I have been working with the Future Care Group for the last 3 years. I started off in the group as a staff nurse at the Boynes Care Centre where I was able to spend quality time with the service users and learn the values of the company.
Later on, as Deputy Manager where I enjoyed learning from the challenges of working together with a highly talented team who provided meaningful, quality care to the service users in the home.
Recently I took the post of the Home Manager and I am looking forward to working with the team to provide the best care possible to our residents. I am passionate about working with our residents and learning more about them as well as creating person-centred care plans which cater to our residents’ individuality.
When I am away from work, I love spending time with my family, listening to music, watching movies and playing badminton.

I qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2001 and have worked in the clinical setting and Managerial/Commissioning roles both here in the UK and abroad.
I have worked for Future Care Group for the past 3 years. I am highly focused on providing the best possible care for residents ensuring they are comfortable and receiving the very best in holistic person-centred care.
I am passionate about my job and have a specific interest in Dementia Care, and what good Dementia Care should look like, it’s about really getting to know residents – the little things can be so important.
In my spare time I enjoy exercising and catching up with friends and family. On a typical day off you will find me either up the local hills with my dog or chilling on the sofa with Netflix.

I have worked as an Administrator for twenty years with the past 8 years focused on the Care sector.
Since joining The Boynes in February 2022, I can honestly say it is an absolute pleasure to come to work every morning and work with such wonderful colleagues, residents and visiting family members. The atmosphere is always very upbeat and everyone is happy. It is an honour to be part of such a welcoming team.
When not at work, I love to spend time with my husband and two small children. As a family, we enjoy climbing mountains, gardening, exploring new places and visiting our relatives.

My interest in working within the care industry began whilst studying Mental Health Practice at Gloucestershire University. During my placement, I ran art workshops for the elderly and people with various disabilities. Being in this environment felt like second nature, and I soon realised that this was the industry I wanted to pursue a career in.
I've worked in the care sector for 6 years, with over 3 years as part of The Boynes team. I progressed from Care Team Leader to the challenging yet rewarding role of Lifestyle Lead. Bringing smiles to the faces of residents and their families is what makes this role so fulfilling.
Outside of work at The Boynes, I enjoy keeping myself busy with arts and crafts, particularly painting. Currently, I am learning how to crochet, though I haven't had much success yet. I also cherish spending time with my two beautiful pugs, Peppa and Daisy, who mean the world to me. My partner and I love taking them wild camping in our van.

Maintenance work in a Care Home must involve all departments and because of that, I believe that teamwork is fundamental. Having a good relationship with the team makes it easy to communicate different needs and learn something new every day.
Since my first day at The Boynes, I have tried my best to be of help to the staff and solve problems as soon as possible.
It’s good to work in a company that gives us the tools we need to comply with the legislation and keep the Care Home functioning correctly.
Honestly, the team at The Boynes is amazing, we all have our different personalities but at the end of the day, we feel like we learn from each other. I believe that all this is due to having good management who knows the issues that arise and work by our side every day.
As our shifts can sometimes be difficult and intense, I use my free time relaxing with my family and enjoying my hobbies: fishkeeping and cooking.

Since 2017, I have decided to have a change of career to better suit my home-life balance and so have become the Head of Housekeeping. I thoroughly enjoy my job, always make sure I have a smile for every resident and no job that is asked of me is too much trouble. The residents’ needs are always at the heart of every task I undertake.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and family by going out for meals or by dancing the night away.

I started my career in the kitchen in 2019 as a kitchen assistant. I enjoyed what I was doing and loved spending every moment with the head chef. She was a fantastic lady who taught me most of what I know now and believed in me and my future.
Today, I am the head chef and she was right: it is a beautiful job but very demanding. I work very hard but at the same time, I am very happy with what I have achieved so far.
In my free time, I spend time with my son and family. I enjoy gardening, listening to music, and walking across the Malvern Hills.
