Hello, my name is Edrianne and I am the General Manager at Tewkesbury Fields.

I have been with Barchester for many years at a sister home and I am excited to take the reins at the beautiful Tewkesbury Fields. The team here is fantastic and we have an active social calendar full of events and outings.

Alongside our brilliant life enrichment programme we are also rightly proud of the wonderful care provided by our hard-working care team.

I am delighted to be appointed as the General Manager to cover the maternity leave for Jade. It is a fantastic opportunity to join the amazing team at Tewkesbury Fields.

I am passionate about supporting residents while promoting their independence and life enrichment. I am a qualified nurse with a wealth of experience in care of the elderly, which I gained whilst working in Ireland.

I look forward to getting to know all residents, families, staff and the wider community.

I am delighted to be appointed Deputy Manager at Tewkesbury Fields.

During my time working for Barchester, I have worked as a Community Lead and Deputy Manager. I have also spent time supporting other homes in various regions with training and development and systems.

My passion has always been helping others, and having previously cared for family members with Dementia, I embraced this and became a Dementia Champion and being able to work with those on a Dementia Journey is my privilege.

I always knew that one day I would make the career change and try to make a difference, bring as much joy as I can and support others to live a happy, secure and vibrant life.

Hello, my name is Katrina. Having previously worked in a children’s residential home, I became aware of what a privilege it is to work in a home environment. I have over 35 years administration and finance experience the culmination of my years of experience in care and administration makes Tewkesbury Fields Care Home the ideal work environment for me.

I was honoured to receive the national award for Home Administration Champion at the 2021 Barchester Care Awards.

Hi, my name is Lana, and I have the great privilege of being part of an amazing team at Tewksbury Fields Care Home. My journey started last September when I moved from South Africa back to the UK and was employed in October as part of the care team. I have a background in administration, but felt that taking time out from that role and serving the community would be a welcome change.

I was in care for a year when an opportunity arose in the home for an interim administrator. What was so attractive to me was the fact that I still am part of an amazing team and get to see the residents and their family members on a daily basis, so it was really a win-win situation. I look forward to working with such an amazing team.

Hello, my name is Jeremy and I joined Tewkesbury Fields Care Home in August 2019. I had a wonderful time in the home serving the ladies and gentlemen until May 2021 when the renovations began. I am delighted to be returning to the newly refurbished home and I am looking forward to assisting our new residents who have chosen Tewkesbury Fields to be their home.

Hello, my name is Edyta and I'm the Head of Housekeeping at Tewkesbury Fields Care Home.

I have worked as a support worker in a care home and have 16 years of experience as a supervisor in a nursing home.

My job is to ensure the home is cleaned to the highest standards. I love chatting with the residents as I go around the home.

I enjoy going for walks and love travelling around the world.

As part of the lifestyle enrichment team, I will be organising daily activities, ensuring that residents have varied activities to choose from each day. Hello, my name is Ildiko. I joined Tewkesbury Fields Care Home in 2023 as a care assistant. I enjoy providing the highest quality of care to our residents. I love being a carer and looking after the elderly, we can learn so much from them, and it is really rewarding.

Hello, my name is Jeanne- or Jean, I’m one of the care assistants at Tewkesbury Fields Care Home.

Although I’m new to caring, I have experience of caring for both my parents. Prior to that, I trained as a Diagnostic Radiographer and worked in a busy General Hospital in South Africa.

I love to support the residents in their homes and always try to ensure that all their needs are attended to, with a smile, an encouraging word, and at times a hug.

My hope is that I can enrich the resident's lives, as they very definitely enrich mine.

I live in Cheltenham, and I'm lucky to have 3 beautiful daughters. I recently got married too and enjoy cooking, baking and sewing, in fact, I will give almost anything a go.

I adore my job as a Carer for Barchester and particularly love trying to keep our residents active. I'm always one to make people laugh, as I believe laughter is good for the soul.

I am happy to be a carer at Tewkesbury Fields. I enjoy meeting the residents and doing activities with them.
