Staff are always polite, helpful and welcoming. The care home itself is beautiful and always spotlessly clean. Most importantly though, my nan has been so well looked after here and we are very grateful for all the staff's love and care.

Auntie is always very happy and cheerful etc. and seems very happy and settled. She is always very clean and tidy. There seems to be fun activities for the residents.

Mom has been a resident for over 4 years. In that time the staff have looked after her really well. They are kind and attentive and she is kept warm and well cared for.
