I found all of the staff extremely caring, very pleasant and attentive at all times, treating the residents with the dignity they all deserve.

My mum has been a resident here for several years and they have always given her excellent care and kindness.

I really can't praise the home enough. They looked after my sister with care and dignity.

I am very happy with the nurses and carers I have who look after me.

My sister was only with Tutnall Hall for only a few days during her last days. The care and compassion that the staff showed her was outstanding. To the family we were given the same attention that makes for a more comforting time for all. Thank you all so much.

From the first phone call, all staff and management have been very helpful and professional. Lovely buildings, very clean and well kept. Nursing staff very knowledgable and always available to help/explain care and treatment given to my mum. Mum has received a good level of care since being here.

Although my nan was only here for 2 weeks, I am extremely impressed with the care she has received. Room was clean, bright and comfortable. She was always kept comfortable and checked on regularly. Staff are always happy, smiling and professional.

Mum has received more care and attention than I could have ever imagined. The staff are so caring and professional. The communication is very clear and we are kept up to date.

Our experience of Tutnall Hall was extremely positive. I, my three daughters and my son all visited my husband separately on a regular basis during his stay for four weeks of respite care. At all times, all staff from the cleaners to the manager were pleasant, courteous and smiling. They were very responsive to my bedbound husband's needs and requests. I was very confident that he was safe and well cared for. The staff had taken time to chat with him about his family and interests so providing social contact when we weren't visiting.

Unfortunately, my husband was only here for 10 days but during that time the care and support were excellent. The staff were all very friendly and extremely efficient. We are grateful for his care and support.

My grandad was moved to the home in March for end-of-life journey. He was looked after and cared for, for his final journey and treated with dignity. The staff were amazing and very caring.

During my mum's time here she was very well cared for. They made sure she was clean, warm and comfortable at all times, even cutting her nails and trimming her hair! The nurses were always very kind and welcoming, such a lovely place. Thank you so much.
