Tutnall Hall Nursing Home

We always find Tutnall Hall staff so very friendly and extremely caring. They have time to talk and discuss our loved one in their care. The home is absolutely spotless. We really cannot fault the care and know our loved one is in safe, caring hands.

The staff showed excellent care and compassion. We are very pleased with the care provided. The home is clean, staff are warm and welcoming. Our loved one was made comfortable at her end-of-life care. All needs met. This is a wonderful home and we would recommend Tutnall Hall Nursing Home.

Mum's stay at Tutnall Hall Nursing Home was only a few months but we couldn't have wished for a better place for her to stay. She was cared for so compassionately and it felt like we had an extended family.

Tutnall Hall Nursing Home gave us a hope that my nan's last few months could still be positive. Never have we seen such good care and support to not only our nan but to all of her family. We knew that whenever we went home she would still be ok and it really helped settle our nerves. Before Tutnall, we found ourselves having to do a lot of our nan's care but coming to Tutnall, that weight was lifted and we could focus on being family.

Food lovely. Community programmes are very good entertainment.

My uncle came to Tunall Hall following a period of time in hospital with a broken back. He stayed at Tutnall Hall until he passed away in October 2023 after a six-month stay. The staff were excellent and supported his needs due to his blindness and his dietary needs. They spent time with him talking sport etc. Thank you for all you did for him

My mother came here during covid and although times were difficult the staff here were very helpful. They were sympathetic to not only my mother's needs but us too. Every time we visit we are welcomed with a smile and offered a cup of coffee or tea (with biscuits). My mother is always dressed well her room is exemplary tidy and clean. The attention to detail in the home is excellent with a defined routine for all residents. I recommend the home to anyone who has a relative in need of care.

My first experience with Tutnall Hall was when my husband came in a few times prior to taking up full time residence. Can't fault any aspect of the running of the home or the quality of care provided.
