I have been very impressed with Tutnall Hall. The care of Mum has been very good and I can feel confident that she is being well looked after. She also enjoys the various activities that are organised. The staff are excellent - very professional, friendly and caring.

I can't think of a better place to have found for Mum. The staff here are incredible - all very positive and friendly. Mum is receiving, in my opinion, the best possible care. Despite some difficult times when Mum was not very cooperative, I can't fault the care and attention she has received. Can't thank them enough!

All the staff at Tutnall worked around the clock giving Mom excellent care plus asking us her family if we were ok. They are all very caring, and Mim was in very safe hands. We have visited Tutnall Hall every day since Christmas. We chose it on reviews and other people's recommendations. We have not been disappointed. Full marks to the staff, how they interact with the residents and their attitude to us visitors. One or two staff we cannot converse with fully because of language difficulty, but that is not meant as a criticism.

Tutnall Hall has been my brother's home for the last five months. I visit every day, there is always a friendly welcome. The staff are so kind and caring to my brother, for this, I am so grateful. When I leave each day, I feel I am leaving him in safe hands. I would not hesitate to recommend this home.

I can't recommend this care home highly enough. Dad is so well looked after. I have no worries at all. His room is always clean and he always looks clean and smart. And at 92, he actually looks a lot younger than he is. The staff work very hard but they always have a smile on their faces and are pleasant. Nothing is too much trouble.
