The care at Wayside has been fantastic. They treat our Mom with complete dignity, and she has everything she needs. All the staff are very polite, and we get regular updates from the management. Very pleased.
Thank you for your review and feedback. Will ensure this is passed onto the team.
My experience of Wayside, since my mother took up residence in October, is nothing but excellent. The staff are extremely kind, friendly and super attentive. My mother is receiving the best care. I would have no hesitation in recommending this home.
Thank you so much for your wonderful words. I will ensure this is passed onto the team.
My mother has recently moved to Wayside following a long stay in hospital. The management team are approachable with a wealth of experience to assist relatives through a difficult process. All the staff working in the home are both caring and friendly, the food is great and my mother is very well looked after, as is my father who visits her every day.
Thank you for your kind words. I will ensure that your comments are passed onto the team.
My mum has been in Wayside Care Home for a few months now and I can honestly say the care is fantastic, they are so kind to my mum she is always spotlessly clean. They are so friendly and easy to approach. The owner is easy to talk to and extremely nice, the office staff are very friendly and any queries are dealt with immediately ie. my mum needed the optician and they contacted the optician straight away for me. I am so happy with every aspect of this care home and would recommend it to anybody for their loved ones.
