Thank you very much Sharon. We are so happy that Mum has settled in well and is making Roden Hall her home.
Thank you - you love what we do and our residents give us something to smile about every day.
Thank you very much your kind words mean so much to us.
You don't know how happy this makes us and we are so pleased that we are able to give you all a true reflection of what life in a care home can really be like.
We really appreciate your kind words Clare and are very happy that Mum is settled here. Thank you.
This makes us very happy to read, and we are delighted that we have been able to have such a positive impact. Thank you.
We are terribly sorry that you feel this way, but we do need to make it clear that your mother was admitted to us on end-of-life care, and this has not been brought on as a result of the care delivered at Roden Hall. Equally, you have been informed by the Authorities that your father in fact had a stroke and did not slip-on water on the floor. We feel very passionately about this as the flooring at Roden is specialist state-of-the-art non-slip. That being said we do care about his welfare and hope he progresses.
We sympathise with your dilemma and understand the strain these situations create. We do hope that you can find a care home that meets your personal requirements and apologise that despite wanting to return we were unable to accommodate this request, as we have been advised of the complaints you made against your parent’s previous care home also.
We genuinely hope and pray for your parents and their well-being.
Thank you so much Elaine, this means so much to us. Thank you for taking the time to leave this review.
Much appreciated - we are truly happy that your mum is happy here.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Your comments are extremely important to us and our residents’ health and wellbeing is our absolute priority. We have discussed this in further detail with you and carried out a full review of the points raised. Please rest assured that we have a full complement of staff and are continually training new staff to ensure the future of care. We have plentiful stocks of linen, a 5-star kitchen rating and are able to cater for a wide range of dietary requirements. Our highly qualified clinical lead and nurses follow the protocol laid down in medical instructions and this is our absolute top priority. We apologise that we have been unable to meet the request to return to the home but the suite has been required by the Local Authority to assist with the hospital winter pressures.
