Roden Hall Residential Nursing Home in the hamlet of Roden provides high levels of care at a time when it matters most.

I lost my mum at the end of August. He stay at Roden Hall Care Home, I cannot fault. The care she received from all the staff was second to none. They are some wonderful people.

I cannot praise the team at Roden Hall highly enough. From the moment we were invited to look around to Mum moving in, the manager and admin team did everything to make her journey a happy one showing patience and understanding of her needs. Since moving in she has flourished. The care shown by the
staff has been exemplary with Mum's wellbeing obviously at the centre of all they do. Before moving to Roden Hall, Mum's Alzheimer's had made her an anxious, frightened lady. Now due to the wonderful team, she is happy and content. Thank you!

What a fabulous place. Not only what my dad needed, but what the whole family needed to allow us to breathe again. Wonderful staff and nothing was too much trouble. You want something special, they will get it for you. It provided a safe place for my dad to regain his strength and health.

Dad is happy here. Settled well. Warm and comfortable and fed well. Lovely range of activities for example bonfire night was excellent, Mad Hatter Tea Party, Poetry session, craft sessions etc.

I have been very impressed by Roden Hall Care Home since our very first visit. The staff, from top to bottom, are enthusiastic and engaging and treat both residents and visitors like family. The rooms are of very high quality and after over a year, Dad still insists on showing every guest his en-suite
bathroom. The food is of great quality and is nutritionally balanced. During the pandemic, all protocols were followed and we have the utmost faith in them to handle any issues that might arise.

A great retirement residence with 5-star facilities and after viewing numerous Shropshire residential facilities for my 86-year-old mother after my father died, that is suitable for her needs, while still remaining independent.
The staff are friendly, helpful and caring where they tend to each individual's
needs. Recommend it for sure.

Rebecca joins Roden Hall as the newly promoted Home Manager having held the position as Quality Assurance Officer at sister-home, St George’s Park. Since joining Rotherwood in 2021, Rebecca has played an instrumental role in auditing and compliance, contributing to the most recent CQC inspection in which St George’s Park maintained its overall rating of ‘Good’.
