As a family we were devastated when we could no longer look after our mother at home, however, the staff at Himley Mill soon took all our anxiety away. The home is currently undergoing refurbishment of the resident's rooms, which I think is timely as the condition was a little shabby although perfectly clean.
Please note that my wife's residence has been entirely under Covid regulations, so I have little knowledge of the inside of the unit. I can say that the management and nursing staff I have talked to seem very competent and professional. I look forward to being able to visit my wife regularly soon.

My experience from dealing with the staff at Himley Mill Care Home is excellent. I cannot fault their care and patience in dealing with my mum. Unfortunately, I cannot really comment on the facilities due to Covid and no access into the building.
