I found this nursing home Himley Mill second to none. They were absolutely fabulous, all of the nursing staff there with my mum kept her clean and looked after her right up until she died. Couldn't thank them enough.

The care home is run very efficiently, the staff are kind and welcoming. Rooms are spotless and kept very tidy. All requests are dealt with promptly. Laundry is well washed and ironed if needed.

From previous poor experiences of care homes, the family have been blown away by the care and support of my grandfather. We have seen his physical health improve before our eyes. He is happy, clean and stimulated daily. All the staff at Himley Mill Care Home genuinely have my grandfather's care at the top of their priority and they also had time to support us as a family too.
