Fantastic home, very welcoming from the get go, care is second to none. Feel very at ease knowing my elderly uncle is in great hands, and is settling well. Nothing is ever too much trouble, thank you Park Lane Care Home.

My mother is a resident and is looked after with dignity by the supportive carers and staff of Park Lane. She particularly enjoys the time spent having fun playing games, quizzes and listening to music. She unfortunately can't see the television due to cataracts, but is not bothered by this. She is
happy overall but in reality would love to be in her own home.

My mum has been in Park Lane now for over four years and the support along with the amazing kindness that my mum receives from all the staff is outstanding. Everybody from the care staff, cleaners, and maintenance staff always makes us feel welcome and keep us fully informed of Mum's well-being at
all times which is reassuring. The home is always very clean and nothing is too much trouble. What I like the most is the staff are always happy and smiling when they talk to the residents and if they see that Mum is upset they take time to sit and comfort her. Thanks Park Lane you truly are a wonderful place.

My dad has been at Park Lane now for a number of years. The staff at his nursing home are second to none. They cater not just to his physical needs, but also have encouraged him to spend more time amongst the other residents to provide him with plenty of stimulation. This is something that he was initially
quite reluctant to do, but with their care and support, he now enjoys and it has really enriched his life. Huge thanks to you all.

The service that my nan receives from all the staff is outstanding, the staff are always helpful, and understanding as she can be difficult at times. I would always recommend this home as I have done several times.

We went to visit our relative on her birthday. She was tucking into her lunch. She was happy, relaxed and very chatty. She looked well and was dressed well. The care staff made us feel very welcome and the other residents looked well cared for and comfortable. They were all enjoying a 'movie' afternoon
with well-known movies being shown.

My mum joined Park Lane Home in Jan 2024 and they have been fantastic, my mum settled straight away, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They let us use the conservatory for her Birthday in February so we could have a small family party for her, she seems settled and happy which has made the
heartbreaking decision of putting her in a home much more bearable.

My dad has been in Park Lane Care Home for around three months now and the improvement we have seen from him is brilliant and it's all down to the staff and management. At Park Lane, nothing is too much trouble, it is very clean and welcoming. When you arrive, you are met by wonderful staff. The rooms
are cleaned daily, the food is of the highest quality and there is always something going on to keep the residents entertained.

What can I say - this place is absolutely amazing.
Friendly staff, excellent care for my dad. As a family, we couldn’t have wished for a better place. Since moving here my dad is now a different person, it’s so nice to see a smile back on his face. Can’t thank you all enough.

A lovely place for my mum to stay. Very happy with the staff levels and care taken. Activities are brilliant and participation of family is welcome.
Would just like to see items like glasses and hearing aids looked for more often as these are very useful for my mum.

My husband has been treated with great dignity, kindness and consideration throughout and his needs are met when necessary, quickly and efficiently. I have attended many activities at the home and I feel that not only my husband has enjoyed them but so have I and all of the other residents. I would

Mum is very settled and seems quite content. The staff are lovely with her and she responded with a smile apart from trying to get her to have her nails done! She can get quite grumpy!
I can't comment on the food as I have never tried it and don't usually visit during meal times. However, drinks are
provided very regularly.

My mother has been a resident at Park Lane Care Home for four years. In that time we have had no cause for complaint of any kind. The staff at Park Lane are excellent, always a smile, always welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble for them with both residents and their families.
The home itself
is always welcoming, always spotlessly clean. Residents' rooms are also clean and tidy, with personal touches pertinent to the resident.
I have no hesitation when recommending Park Lane Care Home to anyone.

I know that Mum was very well looked after, she would have told me when home, but she had nothing but praise for the staff and how well looked after and most of all she loves her food and says it was lovely so if she is happy we are happy. She is happy to go back.

Park Lane Care Home is not only outstanding in its care for the residents, recently, my father, a resident at the home discovered through a wonderful quirk of fate, that he had a sister. I contacted Park Lane and asked if it would be at all possible for them to accommodate a meeting for the newly found
siblings. They were more than happy for the meeting to take place. Over the course of three days, all the staff made us all extremely welcome, providing us all with an abundance of refreshments and privacy. A huge thanks to all the staff for the kind and warm reception we received. The whole family will always be eternally grateful for their kindness and understanding during this emotional time.

My mum became a resident in Park Lane Care Home at the end of May. Along with Carers, I had cared for her in her own home since my Dad passed away in May 2019. I reluctantly agreed that I could no longer manage mum at home as her mobility has diminished so much. Mum is happy in her new surroundings.
The care staff and nurses are attentive, dedicated and treat mum with the respect and dignity that she deserves. I am pleased to say that she has settled well, absolutely loves the food, and I am confident that she is safe and secure. Mum's room is comfortable and clean and has a lovely view from the window towards Biddulph Moor. The staff had made the transition for me as well as mum very smooth and I am grateful for their care and support. As mum becomes more confident, I am hopeful that she will engage in the activities that are on offer to a greater degree. She was taken out to lunch a few weeks ago and had a wonderful time. Thank you to everyone.
