An amazing care home. The staff make it so excellent. Very caring and long term employees who make a big difference. It's a great feeling to know our mum is in safe hands and all medical needs are taken care of professionally.

Park Lane Care Home provides an excellent standard to my wife which in turn gives peace of mind to me that she is receiving first class care and safety. The entire team are very professional in attending to my wife's needs and she has settled very well from the first day at the home.
The management is excellent and also ensure my own wellbeing, which I very much appreciate.

We are extremely fortunate to have found Park Lane and I thank the team for going above and beyond my hopes and expectations.

My mum has been in the home for a year and a half. I was always unsure about mum being in a home
But I have never felt more sure.
Mum is happy and safe and the activities that take place are amazing and inclusive.
I enjoy seeing mum in the home and I love seeing how much the staff care about her.
It's lovely to see the family that she now has who look after her.

Thank you.

Choosing a care home for a loved one can be quite daunting. You hear so many awful stories. I am so glad i found Park Lane for my father, I no longer worry about him, as i know he his being cared for properly. The home is run very well, i have often seen the manager assisting or simply sitting talking with the residents instead of sitting behind a desk, you dont see that in many care homes. The staff in my opinion are what make this care home. They truly are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble, always going above and beyond. My father is in the residential section, and the staff have always supported not just my father, but myself too. I cannot thank them enough for what they do each and every day. The owner should be very proud of each and every one of them.

My mother is a resident and is looked after with dignity by the supportive carers and staff of Park Lane. She particularly enjoys the time spent having fun playing games, quizzes and listening to music. She unfortunately can't see the television due to cataracts, but is not bothered by this. She is happy overall but in reality would love to be in her own home.

My mum has been in Park Lane now for over four years and the support along with the amazing kindness that my mum receives from all the staff is outstanding. Everybody from the care staff, cleaners, and maintenance staff always makes us feel welcome and keep us fully informed of Mum's well-being at all times which is reassuring. The home is always very clean and nothing is too much trouble. What I like the most is the staff are always happy and smiling when they talk to the residents and if they see that Mum is upset they take time to sit and comfort her. Thanks Park Lane you truly are a wonderful place.

My dad has been at Park Lane now for a number of years. The staff at his nursing home are second to none. They cater not just to his physical needs, but also have encouraged him to spend more time amongst the other residents to provide him with plenty of stimulation. This is something that he was initially quite reluctant to do, but with their care and support, he now enjoys and it has really enriched his life. Huge thanks to you all.

We went to visit our relative on her birthday. She was tucking into her lunch. She was happy, relaxed and very chatty. She looked well and was dressed well. The care staff made us feel very welcome and the other residents looked well cared for and comfortable. They were all enjoying a 'movie' afternoon with well-known movies being shown.

My mum joined Park Lane Home in Jan 2024 and they have been fantastic, my mum settled straight away, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They let us use the conservatory for her Birthday in February so we could have a small family party for her, she seems settled and happy which has made the heartbreaking decision of putting her in a home much more bearable.

My dad has been in Park Lane Care Home for around three months now and the improvement we have seen from him is brilliant and it's all down to the staff and management. At Park Lane, nothing is too much trouble, it is very clean and welcoming. When you arrive, you are met by wonderful staff. The rooms are cleaned daily, the food is of the highest quality and there is always something going on to keep the residents entertained.

Thanks, Park Lane, for making my dad smile again.

Friendly staff, excellent care for my dad. As a family, we couldn’t have wished for a better place. Since moving here my dad is now a different person, it’s so nice to see a smile back on his face. Can’t thank you all enough.

A lovely place for my mum to stay. Very happy with the staff levels and care taken. Activities are brilliant and participation of family is welcome.
Would just like to see items like glasses and hearing aids looked for more often as these are very useful for my mum.

Thanks for the support and help.

My husband has been treated with great dignity, kindness and consideration throughout and his needs are met when necessary, quickly and efficiently. I have attended many activities at the home and I feel that not only my husband has enjoyed them but so have I and all of the other residents. I would definitely recommend this care home as an efficient and friendly place to be.

Mum is very settled and seems quite content. The staff are lovely with her and she responded with a smile apart from trying to get her to have her nails done! She can get quite grumpy!

I can't comment on the food as I have never tried it and don't usually visit during meal times. However, drinks are provided very regularly.

My mother has been a resident at Park Lane Care Home for four years. In that time we have had no cause for complaint of any kind. The staff at Park Lane are excellent, always a smile, always welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble for them with both residents and their families.
The home itself is always welcoming, always spotlessly clean. Residents' rooms are also clean and tidy, with personal touches pertinent to the resident.

I have no hesitation when recommending Park Lane Care Home to anyone.
