Staff very good with patients, nothing is too much trouble for them. They look after residents above and beyond the call of duty.
Also excellent on giving information about residents to family.

My father needed urgent short-term care which he didn't really want but needed assistance. He was sad when he arrived, nervous and scared, within a day he was relaxed and accepted the fact that he needed short-term care, this is through the brilliant carers who made him feel safe. The food is very good
and he is eating well. This is my first experience with are homes and I can only say thank you all very much.

Dad's move to the home was easier than expected. The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. Dad has settled and is happy. The food is lovely and is encouraging Dad to eat, which he hasn't been doing during his stay in hospital.

At a most frightening, stressful and upsetting time staff at Park Lane were able to get to know Mum. They always had time to explain things to me and got to know Mum very well in the time she was there. Mums health has improved, as did her mood. She has now moved on to a setting closer to home.

Park Lane is an excellent care home.
They have kept our mum safe during the terrible pandemic. The staff have been so kind and caring and have facilitated Facetime when we couldn't come inside the home.
The home is lovely and the staff are so polite, friendly and professional.
I wouldn't mind staying
here myself.

My experience every time I come to visit my mum is brilliant, the staff are all very welcoming and cannot do enough for us, also all the staff we come into contact with are brilliant at looking after Mum and making her happy and well looked after. We are very grateful to them all.

Every time we came to visit Mum, we always get a fantastic warm welcome from one of the staff, she's amazing. The staff are always pleasant and very helpful. Mum seems to be settling well thanks to all the love and care she is getting from the wonderful staff.
