Thank you for sharing your comments with ourselves and providing me the opportunity to respond. I have spoken with the home manager and she has advised me this matter is under investigation having been raised by a relative. I understand it is difficult when you visit the home if you are on the area where your nanna lives as sometimes people's behaviour when living with Dementia may be unpredictable at times. Perhaps it may be more suitable to encourage your relative to have your visit in a different part of the home if they are willing. At the home, we record all care given to residents on a MPOC, which is a handheld phone and all staff have their own device which is allocated by the company.
