I regularly visit my dad at Clement Court and am very happy with how he is looked after. The staff are very friendly and professional and always keep me updated with anything going on. Unfortunately dad did take a turn for the worse but the nurses were quick to react and get him the immediate care he needed resulting in him being back to his usual self. I was kept informed of any changes and the plans in place. The home caters well for his diet and his personal needs. Overall, I'm very happy with the home

Had a problem about three weeks ago when there was a sickness bug about in the home and I called to see how Mum was and she was in a real mess over herself and the bedding, I spoke to the manager who sorted it ASAP so again very pleased with how it was resolved and I feel Mum is in good hands once again. There are some very excellent carers and just a few who would benefit from extra training. Overall, excellent caring, and happy with the care of our Mum.

My Mum has been in Clement Court Care home for a while now, I'm totally at ease with how she is looked after here, she is comfortable and well looked after, and she has a lovely room that has lots of her photos and ornaments we have been able to make it like 'home' for her, the food is really good home cooked food and a varied range of foods each day. The staff and manager are very helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. I leave my Mum after each visit happy and knowing I don't have to worry about her being looked after properly. Thank you to all the staff involved, you all do a brilliant job.
