Clement Court Care Home is purpose built which means it’s easy for the team to meet the needs of residents.

All bedrooms are a good size and there are plenty of communal areas for residents to enjoy time together or to find a space for some quiet time.

The home has 80 single rooms and three shared rooms, of which 59 have en-suite WC facilities. All rooms are a good size and the team encourage anyone moving to Clement Court Care Home to personalise their rooms with a little bit of home. This might be with photos, paintings, pictures or ornaments.

The care team are well trained and qualified to deliver the very best of care. With care plans tailored to each person, the individual needs of residents are highlighted and the support and care provided ensures that independence, choice and dignity are promoted at all times.

Daily life at Clement Court Care Home is enhanced by a ‘hidden gem’ of an enclosed garden, flowers, shrubs and raised beds. Many of the rooms overlook the garden and through the double doors from reception, the area is easily be accessed by residents and visitors and offers a really pleasant place for everyone to enjoy.

Meals are an important part of every day. At Clement Court Care Home, all meals are homely and nutritious and meet the individual needs of each resident. The Chef is extremely proud of the important part they play in each resident’s wellbeing. The Chef prides themselves on ensuring residents who have modified diets are served meals that look inviting.

Activities are an important part of life for everyone at Clement Court Care Home. For some it may be a gentle hand massage and for others it may be taking part in the Virtual Olympics. The talented Activities Co-ordinator ensures that the varied Activities Calendar meets the needs of all residents.

The home is clean, tidy and well maintained. The staff I interact with are friendly and helpful. Some aspects of the survey have not been completed due to the lack of involvement by my relative (his choice) and his lack of appetite. I know I can raise any issues with management and am confident they

Mum has been in the home for up to 2 years and has been extremely satisfied with the care. Had a problem about three weeks ago when there was a sickness bug about in the home and I called to see how Mum was and she was in a real mess over herself and the bedding, I spoke to the manager who sorted it
ASAP so again very pleased with how it was resolved and I feel Mum is in good hands once again. There are some very excellent carers and just a few who would benefit from extra training. Overall, excellent caring, and happy with the care of our Mum.

My Mum has been in Clement Court Care home for a while now, I'm totally at ease with how she is looked after here, she is comfortable and well looked after, and she has a lovely room that has lots of her photos and ornaments we have been able to make it like 'home' for her, the food is really good home
cooked food and a varied range of foods each day. The staff and manager are very helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. I leave my Mum after each visit happy and knowing I don't have to worry about her being looked after properly. Thank you to all the staff involved, you all do a brilliant job.

During our weekly visits everywhere is always very clean and tidy. All the staff are very pleasant always helpful. My cousin has mobility and cognitive issues but is always included in the activities. The staff provide him with excellent care and support. He always responds with a big smile whenever
members of staff speak to him or enter his room, which I don't think he would do if he did not feel contented and safe and treated with respect.

Since my brother-in-law's residence at Clement Court, the attention to his care and welfare has been excellent. He has been supported whilst settling, and his concerns have been addressed with patience and understanding. He was moved to a different room once his needs were addressed, although the promised
redecoration of this has yet to materialise.

Since my niece moved into Clement Court she has improved no end. She gets on well with all the staff and is a lot more settled than she used to be. She takes her medication properly and is eating a lot better (put a stone on). When my wife and I get there everyone we meet is cheerful and we are made
very welcome. If we make a request to the staff, nothing is too much trouble. It's also nice to see the home being decorated. Pleased all round.

My dad has dementia and has no capacity. He is clean, eats well and is looked after by staff who have the knowledge to look after his needs.
The staff are approachable and happy. My only concern on occasion is my dad's stubbornness made worse by his dementia, he refuses to get up in the morning. I
wish they could ask again and again to encourage him to get up.
