Clement Court Care Home is purpose built which means it’s easy for the team to meet the needs of residents.

All bedrooms are a good size and there are plenty of communal areas for residents to enjoy time together or to find a space for some quiet time.

The home has 80 single rooms and three shared rooms, of which 59 have en-suite WC facilities. All rooms are a good size and the team encourage anyone moving to Clement Court Care Home to personalise their rooms with a little bit of home. This might be with photos, paintings, pictures or ornaments.

The care team are well trained and qualified to deliver the very best of care. With care plans tailored to each person, the individual needs of residents are highlighted and the support and care provided ensures that independence, choice and dignity are promoted at all times.

Daily life at Clement Court Care Home is enhanced by a ‘hidden gem’ of an enclosed garden, flowers, shrubs and raised beds. Many of the rooms overlook the garden and through the double doors from reception, the area is easily be accessed by residents and visitors and offers a really pleasant place for everyone to enjoy.

Meals are an important part of every day. At Clement Court Care Home, all meals are homely and nutritious and meet the individual needs of each resident. The Chef is extremely proud of the important part they play in each resident’s wellbeing. The Chef prides themselves on ensuring residents who have modified diets are served meals that look inviting.

Activities are an important part of life for everyone at Clement Court Care Home. For some it may be a gentle hand massage and for others it may be taking part in the Virtual Olympics. The talented Activities Co-ordinator ensures that the varied Activities Calendar meets the needs of all residents.

My Dad was taken into care in June 2019, since then the care he has received has been excellent with a team of carers and nurses supporting his needs in a very friendly, professional and caring way.
The family often visit dad and always receive a warm welcome from the staff. Dad always comments on
the good food he receives during the week.
More recently due to the current Covid 19 restrictions, the staff at the home have organised video calls through allowing dad's family to keep in contact, something we are all very appreciative of during these difficult times knowing how challenging it must be for the carers and nurses.
Thank you all for your dedication, love and the special care you are giving my dad, he really appreciates it and we appreciate it too, thank you.

I would recommend Hilltop Manor Care Home to family and friends. I am so pleased I chose this care home. Carers and staff are all so very friendly and cleanliness is perfect. The food looks lovely also, the security is excellent. Plenty of room for parking. It also has seating areas for residents to
sit outside.

Since my father was admitted to Hilltop Manor Care Home I cannot fault the attention that all the staff have given to him. I find them very pleasant and courteous and only willing to answer any questions. In my view, I fully recommend this nursing care home.

When our Dad (aged 87) needed to go into care we were all understandably concerned. However, we needn't have been worried. He has settled into Hilltop Manor very well and is comfortable there. The facilities, food etc are really good. The staff are friendly, caring and always supportive and understanding.
Dad is comfortable and well cared for. All family members would definitely recommend this care home to anyone.

We are very pleased with all the care given to our Aunty. Everywhere is clean and bright and the staff are always cheerful and helpful. There always seems to be different activities going on and aunty always says how lovely the food is here. On the whole, we are very happy that she is staying at this

The home is clean and welcoming.
Staff are very friendly and caring to the residents.
Activities very good.
Menu is varied and if the resident does not want what is on the menu, there is another choice for the resident.
Bedrooms could be larger.

I find the care for my mother is excellent and the staff try their best to make sure she is well looked after. They are friendly and helpful to me and also very polite. The food is of a good standard at meal times and the rooms are tidy and clean.
Everyone at Hilltop Manor does a really good job.
I would recommend this place to everyone. They also treat the residents with dignity.

I have been visiting a friend for about 18 months and roughly 4 times a week. In that time I have only witnessed extremely good and kind care both for my friend and the other residents. I have overheard many little conversations with other residents where the staff have cajoled residents and used humour
and kindness to persuade them to do what was needed. I have had experience of two other care homes one very expensive, one not and would recommend Hilltop Manor over both of them.

Recently changed management and halved in size due to residents moved downstairs. A lot has been done to turn the home around and everything seems to have changed for the better. My concerns and my mother's concerns are listened to and acted upon. The care staff are courteous and professional. Pleased
to recommend the home.

Really good overall, the one area I have a problem with is laundry. I mark all the clothes but they still go missing. Laundry staff are helpful and try to find things. Still, in the area of clothes, there is a notice on my sister's wardrobe saying to put her clothes on from the right-hand side and this
is done but someone from the laundry puts the clean washing in amongst her clothes, that have been out for the week.

As you can see by my tick off display, that I am very satisfied that my brother in law has received a good standard of care in the last 12 months that he has been a resident. Staff at all levels make residents and visitors feel welcome. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff regardless of how busy they are. My brother has been in Hilltop for five weeks now with terminal cancer. The matron, deputy and staff have been tremendous to both my brother and the family, a real support to all. I would recommend Hilltop.

Very clean, friendly staff and management. Warm and homely environment, very helpful. My Aunt has been in residence since September 2015. My Aunt is a resident of high dependency, she is bed bound and peg fed due to a stroke. All the staff are great with her they cheer her up by telling her jokes and
having a laugh with her. If laughter is the best medicine then she is being well catered for, but seriously there has been much improvement in her since being at Hilltop.
