Very clean, friendly staff and management. Warm and homely environment, very helpful. My Aunt has been in residence since September 2015. My Aunt is a resident of high dependency, she is bed bound and peg fed due to a stroke. All the staff are great with her they cheer her up by telling her jokes and having a laugh with her. If laughter is the best medicine then she is being well catered for, but seriously there has been much improvement in her since being at Hilltop.
